Viešojo valdymo agentūra informuoja, kad šių metų antrąjį pusmetį numatoma skelbti apie 30 įstaigų vadovų konkursų. Didžioji dalis jų – apie 20 – savivaldybių kontrolierių.
Šių metų pabaigoje baigiasi didžiosios dalies (50) savivaldybių kontrolierių kadencijos. Viešojo valdymo agentūros atliktos analizės duomenimis, maždaug pusei dabartinių savivaldybių kontrolierių bus pasiūlyta eiti pareigas antrą kadenciją. Kitų savivaldybių tarybos dar nepriėmė sprendimo arba jau žinoma, kad bus ieškoma naujo kontrolieriaus.
Konkursą laimėję įstaigų vadovai skiriami į pareigas 5 metų kadencijai. Į pareigas priimančio asmens sprendimu jiems gali būti pasiūlyta dirbti antrą kadenciją.
Besidominčius įstaigų vadovų konkursais Viešojo valdymo agentūra ragina stebėti informaciją Valstybės tarnybos portale, agentūros interneto svetainėje bei „LinkedIn“ paskyroje.
Šiuo metu Viešojo valdymo agentūra parengė planuojamų įstaigų vadovų konkursų organizavimo grafiką ateinančiam pusmečiui. Konkursus inicijuojančias įstaigas agentūra prašo supratingumo ir konstruktyvaus bendradarbiavimo – dėl rekordinio įstaigų vadovų konkursų skaičiaus tam tikros konkursų organizavimo procedūros gali užtrukti ilgiau nei paprastai. Yra tikimybė, kad dėl susiklosčiusios netipinės situacijos – poreikio vienu metu skelbti itin didelį įstaigų vadovų konkursų skaičių – šiek tiek vėluos Valstybės tarnybos įstatyme nustatyti vadovų konkursų paskelbimo terminai, tačiau Viešojo valdymo agentūra dės visas pastangas, kad iki esamų vadovų kadencijos pabaigos jau būtų atrinkti nauji vadovai.
Šiuo metu agentūros specialistai intensyviai susitikinėja su konkursus inicijuojančiomis įstaigomis ir derina pretendentų pritraukimo planus bei konkursų organizavimo etapus.
Iš 16 Viešojo valdymo agentūros 2022 m. organizuotų įstaigų vadovų konkursų 13, arba 81,3 proc., baigėsi sėkmingai – laimėtojo atrinkimu. Šiemet įvykdyti 6 įstaigų vadovų konkursai. Visi jie buvo sėkmingi – atrinktas vadovas. Dar 5 įstaigų vadovų konkursų procedūros šiuo metu vykdomos. Į 2 konkursus šiuo metu priimami prašymai: Gynybos resursų agentūros prie Krašto apsaugos ministerijos direktoriaus ir „Sodros“ direktoriaus. Daugiau informacijos čia.
