Šiandien švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministras Gintautas Jakštas, susitikęs su Lietuvos švietimo darbuotojų profesinės sąjungos pirmininku Andriumi Navicku, dar kartą užtikrino, kad yra ir bus laikomasi planų dėl švietimo finansavimo bei kitų įsipareigojimų, numatytų kolektyvinėse sutartyse su profesinėmis sąjungomis, politinių partijų sutarime dėl švietimo, Vyriausybės programoje. Taip pat toliau bus kalbamasi su Lietuvos švietimo profesine sąjunga dėl bendrų sutarimų, artimiausias susitikimas numatytas kitą antradienį.
„Visi suprantame, kad neįmanoma per metus įgyvendinti visų profesinės sąjungos keliamų reikalavimų. Sutinku, kad reikia galvoti ne tik apie darbo užmokesčio kėlimą, bet ir darbo sąlygų gerinimą, klasių mažinimą. Sunku būtų nesutikti, kad dabartinė Vyriausybė padarė didžiulį žingsnį didindama mokytojų darbo užmokestį – per šią kadenciją jis augo 40 proc., o kitų metų planai yra pakankamai ambicingi – pasiekti, kad vidutinis mokytojų darbo užmokestis sudarytų 130 proc. šalies vidutinio darbo užmokesčio. Nors mes planuojame dar šiais metais priimti sprendimus ir dėl klasių mažinimo, tačiau svarbu turėti ilgalaikius įsipareigojimus. Bursime ir kitas politines jėgas, kad būtų peržiūrėta ilgalaikė mokytojų darbo sąlygų perspektyva, kuri nesikeistų keičiantis Vyriausybėms“, – po susitikimo sakė Gintautas Jakštas.
Pasak ministro, nėra įmanoma vienu metu didinti ir darbo užmokesčio, ir mažinti klases bei darbo krūvius, nes lėšų poreikis darbo užmokesčiui patrigubėja, žymiai išauga mokytojų bei naujų mokyklų poreikis. Pirmuosius sprendimus dėl klasių mažinimo ministerija planuoja priimti dar šiemet – jie įsigaliotų nuo kitų metų rugsėjo.
Vienas iš dabartinės Vyriausybės įsipareigojimų – kad mokytojų vidutinis mokytojų darbo užmokestis 2024 m. būtų 130 proc. šalies vidutinio darbo užmokesčio. Šito įsipareigojimo laikomasi. Jau anksčiau Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija yra pateikusi kelių šimtų milijonų eurų poreikį Finansų ministerijai.
Lietuvos švietimo darbuotojų profesinė sąjunga ir Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija 2022 m. pasirašė Lietuvos švietimo ir mokslo šakos kolektyvinę sutartį. Ji galioja iki 2024 m. gruodžio 31 d. Be kita ko, joje buvo numatyta 2023 m. ir 2024 m. užtikrinti, kad mokytojų darbo užmokesčio lėšos didėtų ne mažiau kaip po 10 procentų kasmet. 2023 m. lėšos mokytojų darbo užmokesčiui didėjo 13 proc., 2024 m. taip pat numatoma didinti, kad būtų pasiektas minėtas rodiklis – 130 proc. šalies vidutinio darbo užmokesčio.
Švietimo finansavimas ir mokytojų darbo užmokestis nuosekliai auga. Valstybės duomenų agentūros duomenimis, 2019 m. I ketv. vidutinis mokytojo darbo užmokestis „į rankas“ siekė 857 Eur, 2023 m. I ketv. – 1328 Eur „į rankas“, arba augo daugiau nei pusantro karto. Valstybės ir savivaldybių biudžetų asignavimai švietimui 2019 m. sudarė 2,24 milijardo Eur, 2023 m. jie siekia 3,55 milidardo Eur (augimas – 58 proc.).
