Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija primena, kad susidomėjusieji dar gali pasinaudoti galimybe dalyvauti Zarasų profesinės mokyklos direktoriaus (-ės) konkurse. Rugsėjo 11-oji – paskutinė diena kompetencijų vertinimą turintiems pretendentams (-ėms) pateikti paraišką.
„Ieškome ambicingo ir iššūkius drąsiai priimančio lyderio, kuris įgyvendindamas įstaigai keliamus tikslus ir uždavinius, prisidėtų prie darbo rinkos poreikius atliepiančios profesinio mokymo sistemos kūrimo, profesinio mokymo kokybės gerinimo“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministrė Agnė Kudarauskienė.
Pretendentams (-ėms) į profesinio mokymo įstaigų vadovus (-es) keliami kvalifikaciniai reikalavimai yra turėti aukštąjį universitetinį ar jam lygiavertį išsilavinimą, vadovavimo švietimo įstaigai kompetencijas ir kt.
Profesinio mokymo įstaigos vadovas (-ė) organizuoja ir koordinuoja profesinio mokymo įstaigos veiklą, rūpinasi sklandžiu jos valdymu, taip pat sprendžia dėl profesinio mokymo įstaigos išteklių naudojimo, organizuoja metodinę veiklą, atstovauja įstaigai kitose institucijose.
Konkursas profesinio mokymo įstaigos vadovo (-ės) pareigoms eiti skelbiamas Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijos interneto svetainėje. Ten taip pat galima susipažinti su visais reikalavimais bei būtinais pateikti dokumentais.
