Vidaus reikalų ministerija, siekdama stiprinti gyventojų pasirengimą ekstremaliosioms situacijoms, pradeda bendradarbiavimą su Lietuvos Katalikų Bažnyčia.
Vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė, Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamento (PAGD) direktorius Sauliaus Greičius ir Lietuvos vyskupų konferencijos pirmininkas, arkivyskupas Gintaras Grušas pasirašė bendradarbiavimo sutartį, kuria siekiama gerinti visuomenės švietimą civilinės saugos klausimais, suteikti gyventojams daugiau informacijos apie pasirengimą galimoms grėsmėms, stiprinti savisaugos kultūrą.
„Gyventojų informavimas apie pasirengimą galimoms grėsmėms – mūsų prioritetas, todėl labai svarbu, kad prie informacinės civilinės saugos kampanijos „Esame komanda – turime planą“ šiandien prisijungė viena didžiausių bendruomenių Lietuvoje. Turime ir toliau gilinti gyventojų žinias apie pasirengimą ekstremaliosioms situacijoms ir pasiekti tuos, kurie mažiau naudojasi įprastomis informacinėmis priemonėmis. Todėl Bažnyčia su savo bendruomenių tinklu yra nepaprastai svarbus partneris“, – sako ministrė A. Bilotaitė.
Arkivyskupas G. Grušas pastebėjo: „Katalikų Bažnyčia Lietuvoje nuo seno bendradarbiauja su įvairiomis valstybės institucijomis, ypač tomis, kurių užduotis – padėti žmogui, padaryti saugesniu pasaulį, kuriame žmogus gyvena. Manau, kad šioje trišalėje sutartyje numatyta veikla dabartiniais iššūkių laikais leis geriau informuoti žmones, mažinti netikrumą visuomenėje ir stiprinti dvasinį jos atsparumą“.
PAGD pareigūnai didžiųjų Katalikų Bažnyčios atlaidų metu jau ne kartą specialiai įrengtose palapinėse dalijosi praktine informacija, kaip elgtis ekstremaliųjų situacijų metu, kaip susidėti išvykimo krepšį, pasirengti šeimos planą ir apsaugoti save ir artimuosius. Gausiai lankomų bažnyčios renginių metu ši veikla bus tęsiama ir toliau.
Taip pat bendradarbiaujant planuojama ieškoti galimybių tinkamuose religinės paskirties pastatuose įrengti priedangas, kuriose gyventojams oro pavojaus atveju būtų sudarytos sąlygos išvengti gyvybei ar sveikatai gresiančių pavojų.
Vietos ordinarui sutikus, Bažnyčiai priklausantys pastatai ir infrastruktūra galėtų būtų naudojami ir perspėjimo sirenų įrengimui bei jų tinklo Lietuvoje plėtrai.
Šiuo metu Lietuvoje perspėjimo sirenų tinklą sudaro 927 sirenos. Savivaldybėse jau pradėta įrenginėti dalis iš 197 naujų sirenų, kurias PAGD įsigijo įgyvendindamas Norvegijos finansinio mechanizmo projektą.
Naujausiais duomenimis, savivaldybės yra parinkusios 2,5 tūkst. priedangų, kuriose tilptų per 800 tūkst. gyventojų (28 proc.). VRM yra iškėlusi tikslą, kad miestų savivaldybėse 60 proc. gyventojų būtų užtikrinta vieta priedangoje, rajonų savivaldybėse – 40 proc.
Vidaus reikalų ministerijos inicijuota informacinė civilinės saugos kampanija „Esame komanda – turime planą“ pasiekė daugiau nei 2 mln. Lietuvos gyventojų, o ekstremaliosioms situacijoms pasiruošti skirtos interneto svetainės www.lt72.lt lankomumas kampanijos metu išaugo trigubai.
