Įmonės įstatinis kapitalas sudaro 614,6 tūkst. eurų, ilgalaikis turtas – 400,7 tūkst. eurų, 2023 m. 9 mėnesių apyvarta siekė 466,4 tūkst. eurų.
Valstybei priklausantis 96,5 proc. UAB „Šilutės veislininkystė“ akcijų paketas parduodamas už 577 200 eurų pradinę kainą.
Bendrovės UAB „Šilutės polderiai“ veiklos kryptis – polderių sistemų aptarnavimas, kelių, pėsčiųjų takų, siurblinių, sausinamojo tinklo ir kitų hidrotechninių įrenginių priežiūra, remontas bei rekonstrukcija, kiti statybos rangos darbai. Bendrovės buveinė Aukštumalės g. 5, Šilutėje.
Įmonės įstatinis kapitalas sudaro 704,5 tūkst. eurų, ilgalaikis turtas – 536,2 tūkst. eurų, 2023 m. 9 mėnesių apyvarta siekė 2,15 mln. eurų.
Valstybei priklausantis UAB „Šilutės polderiai“ 81,02 proc. akcijų paketas parduodamas už 894 920 eurų pradinę kainą.
Abiejų įmonių dokumentų rinkinius (tiek popierinius, tiek elektroninius) galima įsigyti nuo šiandien – lapkričio 30 d. Dokumentų rinkinyje pateikiama informacija apie įmonių veiklą, teikiamas paslaugas, valdomą turtą, finansinės apžvalgos analizė bei kita aktuali informacija. Dokumentų rinkinio pardavimo kaina – 45 eurai.
Potencialių pirkėjų vokų su paraiškomis dalyvauti aukcionuose registravimas vyks nuo gruodžio 11 d. iki gruodžio d. 14 val. 9.00 val. aukcionai numatyti gruodžio 14 d. Laimėtojais bus pripažinti tie aukcionų dalyviai, kurie pasiūlys didžiausią kainą už akcijas. Gautos lėšos bus pervestos į valstybės biudžetą.
Vokus su paraiškomis dalyvauti aukcionuose pateikti gali tik asmenys, įsigiję dokumentų rinkinį pagal Informaciniame biuletenyje paskelbtą privatizavimo programą.
