Nuo šios savaitės mokymų teikėjams atveriama vieno langelio principu veiksianti skaitmeninė švietimo platforma – Individualių mokymosi paskyrų sistema, – skirta mokytis ir tobulinti kompetencijas suaugusiesiems. Mokymų teikėjai jau gali prisijungti ir registruoti mokymosi programas. Platforma ir visos programos norintiesiems mokytis bus atvertos iki gruodžio pabaigos.
„Džiugu, kad jau galime žengti pirmąjį žingsnį ir atverti naująją suaugusiųjų švietimo platformą mokymo programų teikėjams – kviečiame aktyviai siūlyti įvairias programas, skirtas gilinti suaugusiųjų bendrąsias ir profesines kompetencijas. Sistemai pasipildžius mokymo programomis, ja naudotis galės pradėti ir suaugusieji – sistema suteiks galimybę rinktis bet kurią siūlomą programą ir tobulinti įgūdžius, reikalingus kasdieniame gyvenime, ar prisitaikyti prie kintančių rinkos poreikių.
Viena prioritetinių sričių, kuriai valstybė skirs didžiausią dalį finansavimo, yra įvairaus pobūdžio skaitmeniniai įgūdžiai, todėl labai skatiname teikėjus registruoti būtent šios srities programas“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministrė Agnė Kudarauskienė.
Platformoje besimokantieji turės savo individualias paskyras, galės gauti finansavimą mokymuisi pagal valstybės prioritetines sritis. Net 50 proc. programoms plėtoti numatyto valstybės finansavimo bus skiriama skaitmenines kompetencijas ugdysiančioms programoms.
Valstybės lėšomis taip pat bus finansuojamos programos, skirtos tobulinti suaugusiųjų raštingumo, daugiakalbystės, matematines, inžinerijos, mokymosi mokytis ir kt. kompetencijas. Užbaigusieji mokymus gaus tai patvirtinančius skaitmeninius pažymėjimus.
Šias prioritetines programas pasirinkusiems suaugusiesiems numatyta galimybė gauti mokymosi krepšelį, sieksiantį 500 eurų. Mokymosi krepšeliu galės pasinaudoti 18–65 m. dirbantys asmenys, jau įgiję kvalifikaciją ar aukštąjį išsilavinimą.
Mokymų teikėjai prie Individualių mokymosi paskyrų informacinės sistemos kviečiami prisijungti adresu https://mano.kursuok.lt/is/provider. Sistemoje mokymosi programas gali skelbti Švietimo ir mokslo institucijų registre registruoti teikėjai, kurių mokymosi programa Neformaliojo švietimo programų registre buvo įvertinta teigiamai pagal sistemos kokybės užtikrinimo nuostatas.
Lietuva įsipareigojo iki 2030 m. pasiekti, kad mokymosi veikloje kasmet dalyvautų bent 54 proc. 25–64 metų amžiaus žmonių. Iki 2025 m. siekiama gyventojų bazinio kompiuterinio raštingumo lygį pakelti iki 67 proc. (2019 m. jis siekė 56 proc.).
Suaugusiųjų neformaliajam švietimui Individualių mokymosi paskyrų sistemoje iki 2030 m. bus skirta daugiau nei 58 mln. eurų iš Lietuvos ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo plano bei Europos socialinio fondo lėšų. Tai sudarys sąlygas daugiau nei 100 tūkst. asmenų dalyvauti kompetencijų plėtojimo programose.
