Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija, administruojanti Valstybinį visuomenės sveikatos stiprinimo fondą (VVSSF), patvirtino visuomenės sveikatos išsaugojimo ir stiprinimo veiklų sritis ir prioritetus kitiems metams. Kaip ir ankstesniais metais, dėmesys bus skiriamas gyventojų psichikos sveikatai, nėščiųjų priežiūrai, priklausomybių prevencijai, padidintos rizikos grupių gyventojų sveikatai ir kitoms visuomenės sveikatos sritims.
Fondo lėšomis finansuojamos veiklos ir priemonės bus nukreiptos į sveikos gyvensenos skatinimą ir visuomenės psichikos sveikatos stiprinimą. Finansavimas bus skirtas prevenciniams projektams, moksliniams tyrimams ir socialinėms informacinėms kampanijoms.
„Fondo finansuojamų projektų tikslas yra formuoti sveikos gyvensenos įgūdžius ir keisti sveikatai žalingą elgseną. Projektų veiklos ir priemonės bus pritaikytos pasirinktų tikslinių grupių poreikiams, taip pat jos turės būti ilgalaikės, pagrįstos mokslo įrodymais ar užsienio šalių gerąja praktika“, – teigia Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos Visuomenės sveikatos departamento direktorius Audrius Ščeponavičius.
2024 metais Fondo lėšomis finansuotinų prevencinių projektų, socialinės informacinės kampanijos, mokslinių tyrimų projektams finansuoti skiriama 3 092 178,39 Eur. Teikti paraiškas projektų įgyvendinimui nevyriausybinės organizacijos, biudžetinės ir viešosios įstaigos, mokslo ir studijų institucijos ir kiti galimi pareiškėjai bus pakviesti kitų metų sausio pradžioje.
Sveikos gyvensenos skatinimo prioriteto priemonės kitąmet bus nukreiptos į neįgaliųjų asmenų ir senjorų fizinės ir psichinės sveikatos stiprinimą, vyresnio amžiaus žmonių ir vaikų traumų prevenciją, žindymo skatinimo iniciatyvas, onkologinių pacientų sveikatos stiprinimą, skiepijimų aktyvumo skatinimą, taip pat mokslinių tyrimų priemones.
Visuomenės psichikos sveikatos stiprinimo prioriteto priemonėmis bus siekiama mažinti vyresnio amžiaus žmonių vienišumą ir gerinti jų psichologinę savijautą, mažinti priklausomybę nuo ekranų, interneto ir kompiuterinių žaidimų, padėti demencija sergančių pacientų artimiesiems, mažinti psichoaktyviųjų medžiagų vartojimą, geriau rūpintis nėščiosiomis, gimdyvėmis ir mamomis.
Kitąmet taip pat planuojama tęsti socialines informacines kampanijas „Rinkis gyvenimą“, „Žvelk giliau“ ir „Tu esi“, bendradarbiaujant su nacionaline ir regionine žiniasklaida.
