Žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas pavedė Nacionalinei mokėjimo agentūrai prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos netaikyti išmokų mažinimo pareiškėjams, kurie 2024 m. paramos už žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei ūkinius gyvūnus paraiškas pateiks arba keis jos duomenis pavėluotai, t. y. pasibaigus pagrindiniam pasėlių deklaravimo laikotarpiui, iki liepos 1 d.
Buvo numatyta, kad šiemet pagrindinis pasėlių deklaravimas vyks iki birželio 21 d., o pavėluotai – iki liepos 1 d. – pateiktoms paraiškoms už kiekvieną pavėluotą darbo dieną išmokų suma bus mažinama 1 proc. Tačiau žemės ūkio ministras K. Navickas, atsižvelgdamas į ūkininkų prašymus, vėlavimo sankcijų taikymą atšaukė. Tad pasėlius, nesibaiminant išmokų mažinimo, galima deklaruoti iki liepos 1 d.
„Atsižvelgėme į tai, kad užsitęsus deryboms su Europos Komisija (EK) dėl bendrosios žemės ūkio politikos supaprastinimo, EK reglamentų nuostatų dėl GAAB reikalavimų keitimo vėlavo Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano keitimo patvirtinimas, tad pareiškėjai turėjo keisti su savo veikla susijusius sprendimus. Taip pat atsižvelgėme į paraiškų priėmimo laikotarpiu Paraiškų priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje buvusius techninius trikdžius, kas lėtino deklaravimo tempą, tad vėluojantiems pasėlius deklaruoti pareiškėjams išmokos nebus mažinamos“, – sako žemės ūkio ministras K. Navickas.
Palyginti su praėjusių metų duomenimis, iki birželio 17 d. Lietuvos žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus jau deklaravo 92 310 (arba 78,4 proc.) pareiškėjų. Deklaruoti 1849792 ha (arba 63,7 proc. kasmet deklaruojamo ploto).
Aktyviausiai pasėlius deklaravo Joniškio (81 proc.), Tauragės (80 proc.), Raseinių (80 proc.), Vilkaviškio (79 proc.) ir Jurbarko rajono (77 proc.) ūkininkai.
