Naujais mokslo metais visiems mokytojams, kurie dirbs pagal atnaujintas bendrojo ugdymo programas, numatytadidinti mokytojo pareiginės algos koeficientą dėl veiklos sudėtingumo arba 20 proc. ilginti laiką, skirtą pasiruošti pamokoms.
Nuo rugsėjo 1 dienos mokytojų darbo užmokesčio fondas didėja 15,5 proc.: kaip ir buvo numatyta anksčiau, 10 proc. skiriama pareiginėms algoms kelti, o dar 5,5 procento gali būti skiriama pareiginės algos koeficientams didinti už veiklos sudėtingumą, priemokoms ar kitoms išmokoms – dėl jų sprendžia kiekvieno mokytojo darbdavys, t. y. mokyklos vadovas. Nuostata dėl mokytojo pareiginės algos koeficiento ar atlygio už pasirengimą pamokoms didinimo leis užtikrinti, kad visiems pagal atnaujintas programas dirbantiems mokytojams nuo rugsėjo bus garantuotas atitinkamas darbo užmokesčio augimas.
„Mokytojo darbas įgyvendinant atnaujintas programas yra sudėtingesnis, reikalauja daugiau laiko pasirengti pamokoms, todėl kiekvienam mokytojui turi būti užtikrintas atitinkamas darbo užmokesčio padidėjimas – ir tiems mokytojams, kurie pagal atnaujintas bendrąsias programas pradės dirbti nuo rugsėjo, ir tiems, kas pagal jas moko jau nuo praėjusių metų“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministras Ignas Gaižiūnas.
Mokyklos galės pasirinkti, kokiu būdu mokytojams didinti pareiginę algą: ar didinti pareiginės algos koeficientą dėl veiklos sudėtingumo, ar ilginti laiką, skirtą pasiruošti pamokomas, planuoti, mokinių mokymosi pasiekimams vertinti.Jei pareiginės algos koeficiento padidinimas dėl veiklos sudėtingumo, taip pat pagal kitus mokytojui nustatytus veiklos sudėtingumo kriterijus viršytų įstatyme numatytą maksimalų algos koeficiento didinimo procentą (25 proc.), mokytojui galėtų būti 20 proc. ilginamas laikas, skirtas pasiruošti pamokoms. Ir vienu, ir kitu atveju alga „į rankas“ didėtų vienodai. Mokyklų vadovai pirmiausia turėtų apsvarstyti mokytojo pareiginės algos didinimą dėl veiklos sudėtingumo, tačiau ta pati mokykla gali taikyti abu minėtus padidinto apmokėjimo būdus, atsižvelgdama į kiekvieno mokytojo individualų atvejį.
Politinių partijų Susitarime dėl Lietuvos švietimo politikos (2021–2030) numatyta pasiekti, kad iki 2024 metų pabaigos mokytojų darbo užmokestis sudarytų 130 proc. šalies vidutinio darbo užmokesčio. Šiam susitarimui įgyvendinti 2024 m. papildomai iš viso skirta 251,2 mln. eurų: tvirtinant 2024 m. valstybės biudžetą numatyta 219,2 mln. eurų, o dar 32 mln. eurų Vyriausybė skyrė papildomai, atsižvelgdama į šių metų birželį atnaujintas šalies vidutinio darbo užmokesčio augimo prognozes.
Šiemet atlyginimai mokytojams didėja du kartus. Nuo sausio darbo užmokestis jiems buvo pakeltas 10 proc.
