Pirmadienį Nacionaliniame visuomenės sveikatos centre (NVSC) lankėsi sveikatos apsaugos ministras, kuriam situaciją pristatė naujasis NVSC vadovas Vaidotas Gruodys. Pirmadienio duomenimis, iš viso šiuo metu Kaune patvirtinti 22 legioneliozės atvejai.
Sveikatos apsaugos ministras Arūnas Dulkys teigia, kad Kaune užfiksuotas legioneliozės atvejų skaičius yra didžiausias savo apimtimi per pastaruosius dešimt metų – kelių dešimčių atvejų vienu metu dar nebuvo. Šiuo metu pagrindinė užduotis yra nustatyti pirminį taršos šaltinį, kad būtų apsaugoti gyventojai – tam dedamos visos pastangos.
„Iš naujojo NVSC vadovo išgirdau, jog įvertinus inkubacinį periodą, legioneliozės atvejai sutapo su Garliavos vandens siurblinės rezervuarų plovimo darbais. Susirgusiųjų gyvenamuosiuose būstuose NVSC specialistų paimtuose mėginiuose aptikta legionelių. Laukiame geriamojo vandens tyrimų rezultatų iš mėginių, kurie buvo paimti daugiabučių namų vandens įvaduose. Kad gyventojai jaustųsi saugūs, daugiabučių administratoriams ir individualių namų savininkams nurodyta atlikti termošoką, kuris panaikina taršą, jei tokia yra, vamzdyne. Tikėkimės, priemonės duos rezultatų. Daugiau atsakymų bus galima pateikti atlikus tyrimą visa apimtimi“, – sakė A. Dulkys.
NVSC direktorius pirmadienį ryte kartu su NVSC Kauno departamento ir kitais NVSC atstovais apsilankė Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universiteto Kauno ligoninėje, kur domėjosi susidariusia situacija, diagnostikos klausimais, aptarė keitimosi duomenimis ir informacinių sistemų suderinamumo klausimus bei tolimesnes bendradarbiavimo galimybes.
Direktorius pabrėžė, kad dėl šios epidemiologinės situacijos būtini prevenciniai veiksmai visos šalies mastu. „NVSC Kauno departamento specialistai šiuo metu atlieka epidemiologinį tyrimą ir kitus būtinus veiksmus, kuriais siekia sustabdyti ligos plitimą ir užkirsti kelią naujiems legioneliozės atvejams, tačiau šią problemą aiškintis būtina visais lygiais su visomis atsakingomis institucijomis. Pirmiausiai diskutuosime su Valstybine energetikos reguliavimo taryba, kuri kontroliuoja, kaip laikomasi energijos kokybės reikalavimų, dėl teisinio reguliavimo ir techninių kontrolės priemonių tobulinimo, kad būtų užtikrinta geresnė vandens sistemų kontrolė“, – pabrėžė naujasis NVSC vadovas.
Susitikime su Nacionalinės visuomenės sveikatos priežiūros laboratorijos atstovais aptarti pirmųjų vandens mėginių, paimtų susirgusiųjų asmenų būstuose, rezultatai – rasta legionelių.
NVSC duomenimis, per pastaruosius 10 metų, legioneliozės atvejų kasmet nustatoma nuo 1 iki 22 atvejų (vidutiniškai 18 atvejų per metus), mirties atvejų taip pat pasitaiko. Per pastaruosius 10 metų iš viso fiksuota 17 mirties nuo šios ligos atvejų.
