Žemės ūkio ministerija, mažina administracinę naštą ūkininkams. Pakeistos Paramos teikimo bičių laikytojams už papildomą bičių maitinimą taisyklės. Nuo šiol bitininkai, siekdami paramos už papildomą bičių maitinimą, galės kreiptis ne į vieną savivaldybę pagal žemės ūkio valdos registravimo vietą, bet pasirinktinai į atitinkamą savivaldybę pagal gyvenamąją vietą arba buveinės adresą, arba žemės ūkio valdos registravimo vietą.
Bitininkams teikiant paraiškas, savivaldybėms nebereikės teikti patirtų už bičių maitinimą išlaidų dokumentų kopijų. Bitininkai patys turės saugoti tokius dokumentus. Šie pakeitimai galioja ir 2024 m. paraiškų rinkimo laikotarpiu (rugsėjo 1-30 d.).

Peržiūrimos taisyklės, svarstomos galimybės bitininkams paraiškas teikti patiems, nesikreipiant į savivaldybes. Planuojama nustatyti konkretų vienos bičių šeimos papildomo maitinimo įkainį ir nebereikalaujant cukraus ar cukraus sirupo pirkimo dokumentų. Tuomet bitininkai galės įsigyti ir kitokių bičių maitinimui skirtų medžiagų, kurios pagal dabar galiojančias taisykles nebuvo kompensuojamos.
Nauja ir tai, kad bendradarbiaujant su bitininkų bendruomene rengiamas bitininkystės inventoriaus sąrašas. Bus nustatyta fiksuota pagal Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano sektorinių intervencinių priemonių bitininkystės sektoriuje įgyvendinimo taisykles teikiama parama, o teikiant paraiškas gauti paramą tokio inventoriaus įsigijimui nebereikėtų teikti 3 komercinių pasiūlymų.
Žemės ūkio ministerija primena, kad pateikti informaciją apie bičių šeimas gali patys bitininkai (t. y. jiems suteikiama prieiga prie Ūkinių gyvūnų registro nereikalaujant ženklinimo kursų baigimo). Daugiau informacijos čia.
