2024 m. sausio 22 dieną 11.36 val. (Lietuvos Respublikos laiku) Vilniaus pasienio rinktinės Puškų pasienio užkardos veikimo teritorijoje, naudojant valstybės sienos apsaugos vaizdo stebėjimo sistemą, pastebėta, kaip trys ginkluoti Baltarusijos Respublikos pasieniečiai kirto valstybės sieną iš Baltarusijos Respublikos į Lietuvos Respubliką, įžengė apie 2,5 m į Lietuvos Respublikos gilumą ir, paėję apie 400 m, grįžo atgal į Baltarusijos Respublikos teritoriją.
Lietuvos Respublikos užsienio reikalų ministerija pareikalavo, kad Baltarusijos Respublika kuo skubiau pateiktų pasiaiškinimą dėl šio incidento ir imtųsi visų būtinų priemonių, kad ateityje tokie incidentai nepasikartotų.
