Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija (SADM) informuoja, kad Socialinės paramos šeimai informacinėje sistemoje (SPIS) kurį laiką vartotojai negalės naudotis dviem paslaugomis – vienkartinės išmokos nėščiai moteriai skyrimas ir išmokos gimus vienu metu daugiau kaip vienam vaikui skyrimas. Naudojimasis šiomis paslaugomis apribotas pastebėjus, kad dėl įvykusio techninio sistemos gedimo dalis informacijos galimai buvo pasiekiama ne tiems asmenims, kuriems ji skirta.
SADM apgailestauja ir atsiprašo dėl susidariusios situacijos.
Šiuo metu vertinama, kokios apimties duomenys ir kurį laiką buvo pasiekiami nekorektiškai. Duomenų, jog tai kaip nors būtų susiję su kibernetiniu incidentu, nėra.
SADM informuoja, kad, gavus pranešimą apie techninius trikdžius SPIS, nedelsiant imtasi veiksmų, siekiant suvaldyti šią situaciją, pradėtas išsamus sistemos patikrinimas, jos testavimas. Apie galimą pažeidimą informuotos ir atsakingos institucijos, ir asmenys, kurie galimai galėjo nukentėti dėl šios situacijos.
Asmenis, besinaudojančius SPIS, pastebėjus bet kokius trikdžius, SADM kviečia informuoti pasinaudojus techninės pagalbos moduliu.
