Siekdama, kad ūkininkai nenukentėtų laiku neišmokant jiems tiesioginių išmokų avansų, Žemės ūkio ministerija (ŽŪM) pavedė jai pavaldžioms tarnyboms tęsti žemės ūkio veiklos žurnalų tikrinimą. Pretenduojantys į tiesioginę paramą turi pildyti Tręšiamųjų produktų naudojimo, Augalų apsaugos produktų naudojimo apskaitos, Ekologinės gamybos, Atliktų ūkio darbų žurnalus.
Praėjusią savaitę žemės ūkio ministras Kazys Starkevičius nurodė ŽŪM pavaldžioms tarnyboms laikinai nesiųsti ūkininkams priminimų ir neatlikinėti patikrų, susijusių su elektroninių ir popierinių žemės ūkio veiklos žurnalų pildymu. Nurodyta, kad patikros nevyks iki bus pakeisti teisės aktai dėl administracinės naštos mažinimo žemės ūkio veiklos subjektams arba iki atskiro sprendimo priėmimo.
ŽŪM papildomai peržiūrėjo teisės aktus ir įvertino tokio pavedimo pasekmes artimiausiu laikotarpiu. Paraiškas tiesioginėms išmokoms gauti šiais metais pateikė daugiau kaip 112 tūkst. pareiškėjų, o žurnalus turi pildyti ir pildo tik apie 1800 žemės ūkio subjektų. Tačiau neatliktos šių subjektų patikros padarytų įtaką visiems prašantiems tiesioginių išmokų. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad ūkininkams būtų galima nuo spalio 16 d. pradėti mokėti tiesioginių išmokų avansus, tęsti patikras yra būtina, todėl jos bus vėl vykdomos.
Dėl žurnalų ir jų pildymo terminų artimiausiu metu vyks susitikimai su socialiniais partneriais.
