Ekologiškai ūkininkaujantys iki birželio 20 d. gali teikti paraiškas pagal ekologiniams ūkiams remti skirtas intervencines priemones. Žemės ūkio ministerija primena apie įsipareigojimų trukmę pretenduojantiems į ekologiniams ūkiams skirtą paramą.
Startuoja trys naujos priemonės
Siekiant stiprinti ekologinį ūkininkavimą bei didinti ekologinių ūkių skaičių, šiemet startuoja trys Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano (SP) priemonės: „Perėjimas prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“, „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas (vaisiai, uogos, daržovės, vaistažolės ir prieskoniniai augalai)“ ir „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas. Ekologinio ūkininkavimo tęstiniai įsipareigojimai“.
Ekologinės sistemos „Perėjimas prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ parama skiriama už plotus, kuriuose pradedama taikyti ekologinio ūkininkavimo praktika ir metodai, auginant javus, daugiametes žoles, daugiametes žoles sėklai, vaisius, uogas, daržoves, vaistažoles, prieskoninius augalus.
Įsipareigojimų trukmė yra 2–3 metai. Jei deklaruojamame plote auginami vienmečiai žemės ūkio augalai arba daugiametės žolės, didžiausias galimas pereinamojo laikotarpio terminas yra 2 metai. Jei deklaruojamame plote auginami daugiamečiai žemės ūkio augalai – 3 metai.
Pasibaigus įsipareigojimų laikotarpiui pagal šią ekologinę sistemą, su tais pačiais įsipareigotais plotais privaloma toliau dalyvauti ekologinėje sistemoje „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas (vaisiai, uogos, daržovės, vaistažolės ir prieskoniniai augalai)“ ir (arba) SP intervencinėje priemonėje „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas. Ekologinio ūkininkavimo tęstiniai įsipareigojimai“. Bendra įsipareigojimų laikotarpio trukmė – 5 metai.
Ekologinės sistemos „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas (vaisiai, uogos, daržovės, vaistažolės ir prieskoniniai augalai) parama skiriama už plotus, kuriuose, taikant ekologinio ūkininkavimo praktiką ir metodus, auginami vaisiai, uogos, daržovės, vaistažolės ir prieskoniniais augalai.
Įsipareigojimų trukmė yra 5 metai. Į šį laikotarpį įskaičiuojami ir pagal Lietuvos kaimo plėtros 2014–2020 metų programos (KPP) priemonės „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas“ veiklą „Parama perėjimui prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ ir (arba) ekologinę sistemą „Perėjimas prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ įvykdyti įsipareigojimai, tuomet įsipareigojimų laikotarpis sutrumpėja iki 3 metų.
SP intervencinės priemonės „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas. Ekologinio ūkininkavimo tęstiniai įsipareigojimai“ parama skiriama už plotus, kuriuose, taikant ekologinio ūkininkavimo praktiką ir metodus, auginami javai, daugiametės žolės bei daugiametės žoles sėklai.
Įsipareigojimų trukmė taip pat 5 metai. Į šį laikotarpį įskaičiuojami ir pagal KPP priemonės „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas“ veiklą „Parama perėjimui prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ ir (arba) ekologinę sistemą „Perėjimas prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ įvykdyti įsipareigojimai, tuomet įsipareigojimų laikotarpis sutrumpėja iki 3 metų.
Galima pasirinkti: tęsti veiklą arba ją nutraukti
Ekologiškai ūkininkaujantys tęstinius įsipareigojimus vykdys KPP priemonės „Ekologinis ūkininkavimas“ veiklose: „Parama perėjimui prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ ir „Parama ekologiniam ūkininkavimui“.
Pareiškėjai, 2021 m. prisiėmę įsipareigojimus pagal šias dvi KPP priemonės veiklas, gali nutraukti ekologinio ūkininkavimo praktiką arba vykdyti tęstinę veiklą 2023-2027 m. laikotarpio priemonėse.
Po įvykdytų veiklos „Parama perėjimui prie ekologinio ūkininkavimo“ įsipareigojimų, įsipareigojimai pagal 2023-2027 m. laikotarpio intervencines priemones prisiimami 3 metams, o po veiklos „Parama ekologiniam ūkininkavimui“ įsipareigojimų – 5 metams.
Pareiškėjai, 2022 m. prisiėmę įsipareigojimus pagal šias dvi veiklas, privalės vykdyti tęstinę veiklą dar vienerius metus senojoje programoje.
