Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo taryba (PSDT) pritarė medicinos priemonių nuomos įkainių pokyčiams. Nuo kitų metų insulino pompų nuoma I tipo cukriniu diabetu sergantiems pacientams, kuriems ji yra būtina sveikatos priežiūrai namuose užtikrinti, bus kompensuojama didesnėmis bazinėmis kainomis. Tam prireiks beveik milijono eurų Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo (PSDF) lėšų.
„Medicinos priemonių nuomos bazinės kainos perskaičiuojamos ne rečiau kaip kas penkerius metus. Šįkart, įvertinus medicinos priemones nuomojančių ūkio subjektų pateiktas kainas, buvo perskaičiuoti paprastų ir išmaniųjų insulino pompų nuomos įkainiai. Tikimės, kad padidintos bazinės kainos sumažins augančias įmonių sąnaudas ir tai pagerins insulino pompų nuomos prieinamumą pacientams, kuriems šios priemonės reikalingos sveikatos priežiūrai namuose“, – sako Valstybinės ligonių kasos prie Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos (VLK) Medicinos priemonių kompensavimo skyriaus vedėjas Giedrius Baranauskas.
PSDT nutarė pritarti VLK komisijos nustatytai naujai insulino pompos su glikemijos duomenų įvertinimo funkcija mėnesio nuomos bazinei kainai – 186,58 euro bei dienos nuomos bazinei kainai – 6,22 euro. Šiuo metu tokio tipo insulino pompų nuomos išlaidos kompensuojamos apie 570 pacientų.
Taip pat PSDT pritarė VLK komisijos naujai nustatytai nuomos bazinei kainai insulino pompos su glikemijos įvertinimo funkcija, naudojant integruotą nuolatinio gliukozės matavimo jutiklį, ir insulino švirkštimo sustabdymo funkcija, sumažėjus glikemijai. Nuoma per mėnesį sieks 467,89 euro, o dienai – 15,60 euro. VLK duomenimis, išmaniųjų insulino pompų nuomos išlaidos 2023 m. buvo kompensuojamos apie 460 pacientų.
Ligonių kasos primena, kad PSDF lėšomis insulino pompų nuomos išlaidos kompensuojamos I tipo cukriniu diabetu sergantiems pacientams: vaikams, suaugusiesiems, nėščiosioms ir planuojančioms pastoti moterims. Taip pat ligoniams, kurie įtraukti į laukiančiųjų kasos salelių transplantacijos sąrašą.
Medikai pabrėžia, kad insulino pompos sergantiesiems I tipo cukriniu diabetu padeda priartėti prie tokios gyvenimo kokybės tarsi turint sveiką kasą. Pompa ištisą parą reguliariai išskiria nedidelį kiekį insulino ir papildomą kiekį valgant. Pacientams, turintiems naudoti insuliną, ji padeda gerokai sumažinti insulino injekcijų (dūrių) skaičių ir leidžia gyventi visavertį gyvenimą, sumažinti gliukozės svyravimus, dėl kurių kyla didesnė komplikacijų rizika.
Insulino pompų nuomos išlaidos 100 proc. kompensuojamos tiems privalomuoju sveikatos draudimu apsidraudusiems žmonėms, kuriems jos yra būtinos sveikatos priežiūrai namuose. Tokio gydymo skyrimo tikslingumą nustato tretinės stacionarinės ir ambulatorinės endokrinologijos paslaugas teikiančios sveikatos priežiūros įstaigos gydytojų konsiliumas.
Gavę teigiamą gydytojų konsiliumo sprendimą, pacientai, norintys išsinuomoti insulino pompą, turi kreiptis į įmonę, turinčią sutartį su VLK dėl medicinos prietaisų, būtinų sveikatos priežiūrai namuose užtikrinti, nuomos išlaidų kompensavimo. Įmonė su pacientu pasirašys sutartį dėl insulino pompos išdavimo, garantinio aptarnavimo, nuolatinės priežiūros ir keičiamųjų dalių tiekimo. Insulino pompas nuomojančių įmonių, turinčių sutartis su VLK, sąrašą galite rasti čia.
Naujosios insulino pompų nuomos bazinės kainos įsigalios nuo sausio 1-osios, sveikatos apsaugos ministrui pasirašius įsakymą.
Iš viso 2024 m. PSDF biudžete numatyta daugiau nei 7 mln. eurų visoms medicinos priemonių nuomos išlaidoms kompensuoti.
