Žemės ūkio ministerija, siekdama sumažinti administracinę naštą ūkininkams, pateikė su visuomene derinti patobulintą Mėšlo ir srutų tvarkymo aplinkosaugos reikalavimų aprašą.
Nauja tai, kad tręšimo planą privalėtų turėti tik tie asmenys, kurie tręš mėšlu ar srutomis 100 ha ir daugiau žemės ūkio naudmenų. Dabar toks reikalavimas privalomas tręšiantiems 30 ha ir daugiau hektarų. Prievolė turėti tręšimo planą išliktų asmenims, tręšiantiems 30 ha ir daugiau žemės ūkio naudmenų teritorijose, priskiriamose rizikos grupei dėl pasklidosios taršos.
Patobulintame apraše ne tik aiškesnė tręšimo plano sudarymo struktūra, bet atsiras ir naujas skyrius, kuriame išvardyti reikalavimai, kaip turi būti kompostuojamas tirštasis mėšlas.
Siūloma keisti ir nuostatą dėl tręšiamųjų laukų nuolydžio kampo (procentais), tręšiant mėšlu ir (ar) srutomis rudenį – lapkričio 15–30 dienomis ir pavasarį kovo 1–20 dienomis. Numatoma galiojančią 5 proc. nuolydžio sąlygą pakeisti 12 proc. nuolydžio sąlyga.
Žemės ūkio ministerija atkreipia dėmesį į tai, kad bet kokiu atveju išlieka draudimas mėšlą ir (ar) srutas įterpti į įšalusią, įmirkusią, užtvindytą, apsnigtą žemę arba ant tokios žemės skleisti.
