Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija skelbia viešą kvietimą teikti kandidatus į Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo (PSD) tarybą. Kandidatai turėtų atstovauti sveiką gyvenseną propaguojančias organizacijas.
Informaciją apie siūlomus kandidatus (vardą, pavardę, pareigas, kontaktinį telefoną, el. pašto adresą) į PSD tarybos sudėtį maloniai prašome pateikti iki 2023 m. rugsėjo 27 d. raštu, el. pašto adresu [email protected].
Sveiką gyvenseną propaguojančios organizacijos kviečiamos siūlyti po vieną atstovą, iš kurių teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka bus atrinktas naujas tarybos narys.
Kandidatams keliami reikalavimai: ne trumpesnė kaip 2 metų narystė sveiką gyvenseną propaguojančioje organizacijoje ir nepriekaištinga reputacija.
PSD taryba yra kolegiali patariamoji institucija sveikatos apsaugos ministrui. PSD taryba sudaro 15 narių. PSD tarybą sudaroma taip, kad būtų vienodai ir lygiateisiškai atstovaujama valstybės institucijoms, draudėjų (darbdavių) organizacijoms ir apdraustųjų interesus ginančioms organizacijoms.
Pagal šiuo metu galiojančią tvarką, PSD tarybą turi sudaryti Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos, Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos, Finansų ministerijos, Vyriausybės kanceliarijos ir Valstybinės ligonių kasos atstovai, penki darbdavių atstovai, penki apdraustųjų atstovai, iš kurių vienas pacientų interesus ginančių organizacijų atstovas, ir vienas sveiką gyvenseną propaguojančių organizacijų atstovas.
Atkreipiame dėmesį, kad PSD tarybos nariu asmuo gali būti ne ilgiau kaip dvi kadencijas iš eilės (ne ilgiau nei 4 metai).
PSD taryba vykdo šias funkcijas (Sveikatos įstatymo 28 str.): svarsto perspektyvinius ir einamuosius privalomojo sveikatos draudimo uždavinius; teikia siūlymus Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijai dėl asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų, apmokamų iš Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo biudžeto, sąrašo; teikia išvadą dėl Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo biudžeto projekto, Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo metinių ataskaitų rinkinio; teikia siūlymus dėl privalomąjį sveikatos draudimą reglamentuojančių teisės aktų; teikia siūlymus dėl teritorinių ligonių kasų ir asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų sutarčių, teritorinių ligonių kasų ir vaistinių ar šio Įstatymo 262 straipsnyje nurodytų ūkio subjektų sutarčių, taip pat Valstybinės ligonių kasos ar jos įgaliotų teritorinių ligonių kasų ir šio Įstatymo 261 straipsnyje nurodytų ūkio subjektų sutarčių sudarymo tvarkos; nagrinėja Valstybinės ligonių kasos finansinę ir ekonominę veiklą; nagrinėja kitus privalomojo sveikatos draudimo klausimus.
