Vidaus reikalų viceministrė Sigita Ščajevienė susitiko su Vilniuje viešiančia Armėnijos teisingumo viceministro Levon Balyan vadovaujama delegacija. Susitikimo metu delegacijas pristatyta Lietuvos geroji praktika skaitmenizuojant viešąsias paslaugas ir įgyvendinant kokybišką valstybės tarnybos reformą.
Pasak viceministrės S. Ščajevienės, efektyviam viešajam sektoriui reikia ilgalaikių kokybinių pokyčių.
„Lietuvos reformų kelias buvo sąlygotas ne tik noro kuo greičiau atsikratyti neefektyvios sovietinės sistemos tvarkos. Siekėme kuo greičiau pereiti prie pažangiausių ES ir pasaulio viešųjų paslaugų teikimo standartų, taip užtikrinant viešojo sektoriaus paslaugų prieinamumą ir patogumą piliečiams. Tai – svarbus mūsų uždavinys“, – susitikime teigė viceministrė S. Ščajevienė.
Pasak viceministrės S. Ščajevienė, skaitmeninis prieinamumas prie viešojo sektoriaus portalų, nepriklausomai nuo atstumo ir darbo valandų yra ypač reikalinga ir vertinama.
Kaip pavyzdžius viceministrė pateikė „e-valdžios“ ir „e-piliečio“ platformas. Juose pateikiama svarbi informacija piliečiams apie viešųjų paslaugų prieinamumą ir galimybę teikti prašymus bei peticijas institucijoms.
Susitikime delegacijai taip pat pristatyta valstybės tarnybos pertvarka, kuria siekiama sukurti lanksčią, efektyvią ir modernią valstybės tarnybą.
Viešojo valdymo sektoriaus kokybinė transformacija yra šios Vyriausybės prioritetas, kurį įgyvendina Vidaus reikalų ministerija.
Armėnijos atstovų vizitas Vidaus reikalų ministerijoje finansuojamas Europos Sąjungos techninės paramos instrumento TAIEX (angl. Technical Assistance and Information Exchange) lėšomis.
