Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė Jonavoje aplankys neseniai duris atvėrusius naujus bendruomeninius vaikų globos namus. Bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai steigiami tam, kad tėvų globos netekę vaikai galėtų gyventi aplinkoje, kuo artimesnėje šeimai. Naujuose Jonavos bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose gyvena 7 vaikai. Bendruomeninių vaikų globos namų kūrimas – Lietuvoje vykdomos institucinės globos pertvarkos dalis. Ministrė Jonavoje dalyvauja ir Užimtumo tarnybos regioninio karjeros centro atidaryme.
„Kiekvienas vaikas turi teisę augti šeimoje, būti apgaubtas meilės ir supratingumo. O tais atvejais, kai tai neįmanoma, į pagalbą ateina budintys globotojai, globėjai ar vaikas apsigyvena nedideliuose bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose. Vykstantys pokyčiai globos srityje – tai siekis kurti kuo artimesnę šeimai aplinką, kad tai, kas šeimoje augančiam vaikui yra savaime suprantama, būtų lengvai pasiekiama ir globos namuose augančiam vaikui“, – sako ministrė Monika Navickienė.
Ilgalaikė nepriežiūra, tėvų priklausomybės, fizinis smurtas – tai dažniausios priežastys, kodėl vaikams tampa nesaugu gyventi savo šeimose, su tėvais. Kol Lietuvoje dar neturime pakankamai globėjų, įtėvių, kurie galėtų šiuos vaikus globoti ar įvaikinti, savivaldybėse steigiami bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai. Dažniausiai vaikai apsigyvena bute ar name, kuriuose sukuriama šeimai artima aplinka, atsisakoma institucinės kultūros, vaikai gyvena taip, kaip gyvename kiekvienas iš mūsų.
Lietuvoje šiuo metu yra 177 bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai. Juose gyvena 1016 vaikų.
Nauji bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai Jonavoje yra antrieji tokie namai rajone. Pirmieji bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai Jonavos rajone buvo įsteigti 2017 m. Iš viso dvejuose Jonavos rajono bendruomeniniuose globos namuose gyvena 12 vaikų.
Regioniniai karjeros centrai. Dar vienas „Karjeras“, jau 9-asis, Lietuvoje pradeda veiklą Jonavoje. Užimtumo tarnyba šiais metais atidarys 14 regioninių karjeros centrų „Karjeras“. Tokie centrai jau veikia Alytuje, Marijampolėje, Kėdainiuose, Tauragėje, Šiauliuose, Panevėžyje, Kaune, Rokiškyje.
Svarbiausias tokių centrų tikslas – padėti pasirinkti profesiją, kuri būtų paklausi, atlieptų pagrindines šalies raidos kryptis, skatintų skaitmenizacijos, žaliosios ir žiedinės ekonomikos vystymąsi bei skatintų rinktis inžinerinės srities specialybes.
Jonavoje ir kituose miestuose suburta specialistų komanda klientams siūlys savo galimybių pažinimo įrankius, konsultuos apie ateities profesijas, bendradarbiaus su įmonėmis ir organizacijomis, supažindinančiomis su darbo vietomis realioje aplinkoje.
