Ministras Kęstutis Navickas su Žemės ūkio ministerijos darbuotojų profesine sąjunga pasirašė kolektyvinę sutartį. Ši sutartis bus taikoma visiems ministerijos darbuotojams, nepriklausomai nuo to, ar jie yra profesinės sąjungos nariai.
Ministerijos darbuotojai galės per mėnesį skirti 8 darbo valandas savanorystei, o visiems darbuotojams numatytos 2 laisvos darbo dienos per metus savišvietai ar sveikatai gerinti. Profesinės sąjungos nariams taikomos Nacionalinėje kolektyvinėje sutartyje tam numatytos 5 darbo dienos.
„Stengėmės rasti geriausius sprendimus, kad darbas ministerijoje būtų ir efektyvus, ir patrauklus, viliotų savirealizacijos galimybėmis. Didelį dėmesį skiriame darbuotojų įgūdžių tobulinimui, mokymuisi, saviugdai ir savanorystei “, – teigia žemės ūkio ministras K. Navickas.
„Kolektyvinės sutarties pasirašymas kiekvienam darbo kolektyvui yra labai svarbus įvykis, pirmiausia dėl to, kad vyksta darbo aplinkos, sąlygų aptarimas tarp darbdavio ir darbuotojų, į sutarties kūrimą įsitraukia daug žmonių. Žinoma, derybų sėkmė priklauso nuo abiejų šalių geranoriškumo ir kolektyvinės sutarties reikšmės suvokimo. Derinant šią sutartį vyko dalykiškas, konstruktyvus dialogas. Didžiausias mūsų visų laimėjimas – kolektyvinės sutarties taikymas visiems darbuotojams, neatsižvelgiant į narystę profesinėje sąjungoje“, – sako Žemės ūkio ministerijos darbuotojų profesinės sąjungos vadovė Ilona Javičienė.
Sutartyje numatytas darbas nuotoliu bei keturių dienų darbo savaitė, susiderinus su tiesioginiu vadovu ir išdirbus 40 val.
Taip pat darbuotojai bus draudžiami papildomu sveikatos draudimu.
