Penktadienį prasidėjo didžiausia vyno ir kitų gėrimų paroda „Vyno dienos“. Dvi dienas ji vyks Vilniaus „Litexpo“ centre. Parodoje gamintojai, platintojai pristato tūkstančius gėrimų, o edukacinėje jos programoje – daugiau nei 30 degustacijų, pristatymų, apdovanojimų.
Parodos atidaryme dalyvavęs žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas džiaugėsi, kad vyninių vynuogių auginimo, vyndarystės tradicijos Lietuvoje stiprėja, o gyventojai atranda ne tik atvežtinius, bet ir vietinius vynus.
„Jums tikrai nebus naujiena, bet nemažai daliai visuomenės vis dar mažai žinoma, kad nuo 2021 m. Lietuva oficialiai yra tikro vyninių vynuogių auginimo ir vyno iš jų gaminimo šalis.
Tai yra žemės ūkio veikla, o vynuogių augintojai ir vyndariai gali gauti tiesiogines išmokas, paramą investicijoms“, – TV3 portalui sakė K. Navickas, pridūręs, kad šiuo metu vynuogynai Lietuvoje užima apie 100 ha ploto.
Jis taip pat atkreipė dėmesį į tai, kad parodoje galima paragauti ir skirtingų Lietuvos augintojų sūrių, kitų gurmaniškų produktų.
Degustacijos ir geriausių rinkimai
„Vyno dienos“ – Baltijos šalyse didžiausia gėrimų paroda, kurioje vyną, midų, alų, stipriuosius, nealkoholinius gėrimus ir gurmaniškus produktus pristato platintojai ir gamintojai iš Italijos, Prancūzijos, Portugalijos, Austrijos, Bulgarijos, Vokietijos, Lietuvos, Latvijos ir kitų šalių.
Parodoje gėrimais nėra prekiaujama. Lankytojai kviečiami susipažinti su naujo derliaus vynais, naujomis vynuogių veislėmis, išgirsti apie gėrimus iš pačių gamintojų ir vyno ekspertų.
Paroda veikia pagal saikingo vartojimo asociacijos „Wine in Moderation“ rekomenduojamas taisykles, todėl jau daugelį metų išlaiko ir stiprią edukacinę liniją – skatina parodos stenduose dirbančius ekspertus padėti lankytojams plėsti savo žinias.
„Dėl suprantamų priežasčių į parodą jaunesni nei 20-ies metų lankytojai neįleidžiami. Paragautą vyną rekomenduojama išspjauti, gerti daug vandens, kaip tai daro patyrę degustuotojai“ – komentavo parodą organizuojančio „Vyno klubo“ direktorė Rasa Starkus.
Be gėrimų ragavimo bendroje parodos erdvėje, lankytojai kviečiami į keturias specialiai įrengtas degustacijų sales, kuriose vyks ekspertų vedami seminarai ir degustacijos.
Vienas iš kasmetinių parodos akcentų – iš karto po parodos atidarymo penktadienį vykstantys Lietuvos someljė asociacijos organizuojami Lietuvos vyno ir midaus čempionato apdovanojimai.
„Šiemet vertinome per 160 lietuviškų vynų, sidrų ir midų, kuriuos pateikė pusšimtis profesionalių vyndarių ir mėgėjų“, – sakė Lietuvos someljė asociacijos prezidentas Arminas Darasevičius.
Jis įsitikinęs, kad beveik pusė jų buvo verti aukso, sidabro, bronzos medalių.
„Lietuvos vyno industrija sparčiai evoliucionuoja. Ypač stebina ne tik kasmet gerėjanti vynuogių vyno kokybė, bet ir auganti vynuogių veislių, kurios Lietuvoje sugeba sunokinti uogas, įvairovė“, – sakė A. Darasevičius.
ES parama Lietuvos vyninių vynuogių augintojams
Siekiant padėti smulkiems šalies vyndariams, praėjusiais metais buvusi programa pakeista į naują investicinę priemonę Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginiame plane.
Šia priemone skatinama vyninių veislių vynuogynų plėtra Lietuvoje, naujų vyninių vynuogių veislių augintojų įsikūrimas, kuriama palanki terpė vynuogių auginimo ir perdirbimo veiklai vystyti, sudaromos sąlygos vyno gamintojams konkuruoti rinkose ir prisitaikyti prie jos poreikių.
Į paramą gali pretenduoti tik vyninių vynuogių veislių augintojai arba vyno gamintojai. Tiesa, pareiškėjas gali atitikti ir abi šias kategorijas. Pareiškėjas privalo iš užaugintų vynuogių pradėti gaminti vyną arba užaugintas vynuoges parduoti vyno gamintojams, kurie šias vynuoges panaudotų vyno gamybai.
Paraiškas paramai investicijoms į vyno sektorių bus galima teikti jau po dviejų mėnesių – nuo birželio 3 d. iki liepos 1 d.
Didžiausia paramos suma vienam projektui negalės viršyti 10 tūkst. eurų, bendrai paraiškų teikimo etapui skirta 43 tūkst. Eur. paramos lėšų.
