Vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė darbo vizitu lankėsi Kauno rajone, kur dalyvavo Lietuvos policijos mokyklos (Mastaičiuose) infrastruktūros plėtros pristatyme, susitiko su Kauno rajono savivaldybės vadovais bei statutinių įstaigų pareigūnais, vietos bendruomene, dalyvavo civilinės saugos pamokoje Garliavoje.
Daug dėmesio susitikimo metu buvo skirta vidaus reikalų ministerijos parengtos Civilinės saugos programos pristatymui, aptarta priedangų tinklo plėtra ir programoje numatytas finansavimas jau pažymėtų priedangų gerinimui bei jų įrengimui naujai statomuose, projektuojamuose pastatuose.
„Džiaugiuosi, glaudžiu savivaldos ir centrinės valdžios bendradarbiavimu, labai svarbu, kad žmonės jaustųsi saugiai, turėtų žinių ir būtų pasiruošę ekstremaliosioms situacijoms, įvairiems ateities iššūkiams. Savivaldybė vykdo civilinės saugos švietimo akcijų ir iniciatyvų, skiriama dėmesio gyventojų perspėjimo sistemos tobulinimui“, – sako vidaus reikalų ministrė A. Bilotaitė.
Ministrė A. Bilotaitė atkreipė dėmesį ir į gerus Kauno rajono priedangų plėtros rodiklius. Rajone nelaimės atveju saugiai pasislėpti galėtų beveik 50 proc. savivaldybės gyventojų (reikalavimas – rajonuose 40 proc., mietuose 60 proc.), čia šiuo metu pažymėtos 399 priedangos.
Iš viso Lietuvoje gyventojų apsaugai nuo oro pavojaus ir netiesioginio apšaudymo per 2 metus sukurtas 3939 priedangų tinklas. Pavojaus atveju esamose priedangose tilptų apie 1 milijonas šalies gyventojų, t. y. apie 36 proc.
Lankydamasi Lietuvos policijos mokykloje Mastaičiuose, ministrė džiaugėsi augančiu čia norinčiųjų studijuoti skaičiumi (šiuo metu pateikta apie 500 prašymų) bei pabrėžė numatytų investicijų į pareigūnų rengimo bazę svarbą.
„Labai daug dėmesio skiriame pareigūnų pritraukimui ir motyvavimui, kvalifikacijos kėlimo galimybėms bei geresnių jiems darbo sąlygų sudarymui. Svarbu, kad policijos mokykla plečia pareigūnų tobulėjimui reikalingą infrastruktūrą, kuri pasitarnaus ne tik šalies policijos, bet ir visos sistemos pareigūnams, ji bus atverta ir visuomenei – pilietinės gynybos įgūdžių stiprinimui“, – sako vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė.
Anot ministrės, mokyklos teritorijoje planuojamos įrengti šaudyklos ir mokomojo taktinio poligono statybą ir kitą pareigūnų tobulėjimui reikalingą infrastruktūrą planuojama įgyvendinti iki 2026 metų. Ieškoma finansavimo ekstremaliųjų situacijų mokymo centrui.
Profesinės taktikos ir šaudymo įgūdžių Lietuvos policijos mokykloje kasmet įgyja apie 16 500 pareigūnų. Į bet kokius kvalifikacijos tobulinimo kursus visosLietuvos pareigūnai gali registruotis per naują savitarnos sistemą.
Pastaraisiais metais norinčiųjų mokytis Lietuvos policijos mokykloje skaičius auga. 2022 m. buvo gauti 526, o 2023 m. – 799. Kasmet policijos mokykloje parengiama apie 200 pirminės grandies policijos pareigūnų.
Per pastaruosius ketverius metus policijos sistemos biudžetas išaugo 40 proc., arba beveik 100 mln. eurų.
