Šiandien Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė Ženevoje, Šveicarijoje, dalyvauja Jungtinių Tautų Žmogaus teisių tarybos sesijos atidaryme.
„Mūsų ryžtas puoselėti žmogaus teises bei ginti žmonių orumą tiek šalies viduje, tiek visame pasaulyje, privalo išlikti mūsų prioritetu. Konfliktai ir karai kelia egzistencinius iššūkius jaunajai kartai, kurie pasiryžę kurti darnų pasaulį. Kokia ateitis laukia, jei ignoruosime Rusijos genocidinius veiksmus prieš Ukrainos vaikus, įskaitant jų neteisėtą deportaciją, neteisėtą įvaikinimą, priverstinį Rusijos pasų išdavimą?“ – Jungtinių Tautų Žmogaus teisių tarybos 55-osios sesijos aukšto lygio susitikime sakė ministrė M. Navickienė.
Ministrė M. Navickienė akcentavo, kad žmonių su negalia teisių užtikrinimas ir socialinio teisingumo išlieka kertiniu Lietuvos tikslu: „Šiemet pradėjome įgyvendinti negalios politikos reformą – svarbų žingsnį neįgaliųjų įtraukties link. Reforma siekiama pagerinti negalios vertinimą, tikslinę paramą, geresnę prieigą prie pagrindinių paslaugų ir visiems prieinamą viešąją informaciją. Be to, remiame negalią turinčius ukrainiečius, kurie į mūsų šalį atvyko kilus karui“.
M. Navickienė priminė, kad Lietuva priėmė apie 26 tūkst. ukrainiečių vaikų. Lietuvos prioritetas – užtikrinti, kad Ukrainos vaikai jaustųsi saugūs ir kuo greičiau pamirštų patirtą siaubą.
„Mes ir toliau stengiamės teikti pirmenybę vaikų teisėms ir užtikrinti, kad moterys ir mergaitės galėtų savo teisėmis. Griežtai ir atsakingai vertiname visų formų smurtą prieš moteris ir vaikus visame pasaulyje ir tvirtai remiame Ukrainą neišprovokuoto brutalaus agresijos karo akivaizdoje, kol bus pasiekta visiška jos pergalė“, – susitikime teigė ministrė M. Navickienė.
Ženevoje ministrė M. Navickienė susitiko su Tarptautinio Raudonojo Kryžiaus komiteto prezidente Mirjana Spoljaric Egger. „Lietuvos Raudonasis Kryžius yra didelis pagalbininkas valstybinėms institucijoms humanitarinėje srityje, kurio tikslas – apsaugoti žmonių gyvybes ir orumą, palengvinti žmonių kančias ir padėti nelaimės ištiktiems žmonėms Lietuvoje ir už jos ribų. Reiškiame didelę padėką už neįkainojamą Raudonojo Kryžiaus pagalbą į Lietuvą atvykstantiems pabėgėliams iš Ukrainos“, – dvišaliame susitikime akcentavo ministrė M. Navickienė.
Ukrainos organizuotame aukšto lygio renginyje dėl karo Ukrainoje ministrė M. Navickienė partneriams priminė, kad Rusijos karas prieš Ukrainą prasidėjo jau prieš dešimtmetį, bet iki šiol nėra sustabdytas. M. Navickienė pabrėžė, kad reikia visų šalių griežto ir vieningo atsako užkertant kelią Ukrainos vaikų deportacijai į Rusiją ir Baltarusiją, jų atskyrimui nuo šeimų, neteisėtam įvaikinimui, naujų tapatybių suteikimui išduodant Rusijos pasus. Taip pat, anot ministrės, be galo svarbu ištirti ir stabdyti seksualinius nusikaltimus Ukrainoje, kuriuos vykdo Rusijos ginkluotosios pajėgos.
M. Navickienė Šiaurės-Baltijos šalių vardu pasisakė ir Žmogaus teisių tarybos renginyje. „Daug dėmesio skiriame žmonių su negalia įgalinimui gerindami negalios vertinimą, sklandžią jų integraciją į atvirą darbo rinką, teikdami konkrečią ir tikslinę paramą bei paslaugas. Siekiame užtikrinti, kad viešoji informacija būtų lengvai prieinama visiems, naudojant gestų kalbą, Brailio raštą ir kitas alternatyvias formas“, – sakė ministrė M. Navickienė. Pasak jos, Šiaurės ir Baltijos valstybės yra įsipareigojusios toliau gerinti žmonių su negalia įtrauktį į Jungtinių Tautų sistemą ir už jos ribų, ypač atsižvelgiant į bendrus įsipareigojimus pagal Neįgaliųjų teisių konvenciją ir Darnaus vystymosi darbotvarkę iki 2030 m.
