Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija kviečia nevyriausybines organizacijas, atstovaujančias žmonėms su negalia, deleguoti atstovus ir jų pakaitinius atstovus į Asmenų su negalia gerovės tarybą. Taryba savo veiklą pradės nuo 2024 m. sausio 1 d. įsigaliojus Asmens su negalia teisių apsaugos pagrindų įstatymui.
Asmens su negalia gerovės tarybos institucinė sudėtis patvirtinta Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2023 m. lapkričio 15 d. nutarimu Nr. 895 (toliau – Nutarimas) , kurį rasite ČIA.
Personalinė Tarybos sudėtis ketverių metų kadencijai bus tvirtinama socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministro įsakymu iki 2024 m. vasario 1 d.
Asmens su negalia gerovės tarybos veiklos tikslas – gerinti valstybės ir savivaldybių institucijų ir įstaigų veiklos koordinavimą, jų bendravimą ir bendradarbiavimą su nevyriausybinėmis organizacijomis ir teisės aktų įgyvendinimą asmens su negalia teisių apsaugos srityje.
Pagal Nutarimu patvirtintuose Asmens su negalia gerovės tarybos veiklos nuostatuose nustatytą tvarką, nevyriausybinės organizacijos bendru sutarimu į Asmens su negalia gerovės tarybą deleguoja 12 nevyriausybinių organizacijų atstovų ir jų pakaitinių atstovų.
Bendru sutarimu deleguojant atstovus ir jų pakaitinius atstovus svarbu:
– užtikrinti, kad būtų proporcingai atstovaujami asmenų su negalia, atsižvelgiant į negalios pobūdį, interesai;
– užtikrinti, kad būtų proporcingai atstovaujami nevyriausybinių organizacijų, atsižvelgiant į jų veiklos sritį, interesai.
