Vaistinių preparatų ir medicinos pagalbos priemonių kompensavimo komisijos sprendimas nuo 2024 m. vasario į Kompensuojamųjų vaistų sąrašą įtraukti visus aštuonis Rezerviniame sąraše buvusius vaistinius preparatus padės užtikrinti pacientams šiuolaikišką ir efektyvų onkologinių, plaučių ir širdies ligų gydymą. Naujiems vaistams kompensuoti papildomai skirta 13,5 mln. eurų Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo (PSDF) biudžeto lėšų.
„PSDF biudžetui kasmet augant, į kompensavimo sistemą įtraukiama vis daugiau papildomą naudą pacientų sveikatai sukuriančių vaistų, kurie padeda kovoti su sunkiausiomis ligomis. Aštuoni vaistiniai preparatai, kurie iš Rezervinio sąrašo perkeliami į kompensuojamųjų vaistų sąrašą, leis dar efektyviau gydyti onkologines, plaučių ir širdies ligas“, – teigia sveikatos apsaugos viceministras Aurimas Pečkauskas.
Gydytojai jau dabar gali išrašyti pacientams penkis naujus kompensuojamuosius vaistus:
- apalutamidą – prostatos vėžiui gydyti;
- osimertinibą – plaučių vėžiui gydyti;
- nintedanibą – kitoms lėtinėms fibrozinėms progresuojančio fenotipo intersticinėms plaučių ligoms gydyti;
- atezolizumabą – plaučių vėžiui gydyti;
- dapaglifloziną – širdies nepakankamumui gydyti.
Artimiausiu metu, kai vaistų gamintojai pasirašys sutartis su Valstybine ligonių kasa dėl PSDF išlaidų šiems vaistiniams preparatams valdymo, į kompensavimo sistemą bus įtraukti dar trys nauji vaistai:
- cemiplimabas, skirtas odos plokščiųjų ląstelių karcinomai gydyti;
- olaparibas, skirtas epiteliniam kiaušidžių, kiaušintakių, pirminiam pilvaplėvės vėžiui gydyti;
- pembrolizumabas, skirtas galvos ir kaklo plokščialąstelinei karcinomai gydyti.
Nuo vasario 1 d. PSDF biudžeto lėšomis taip pat yra kompensuojamos dvi medicinos pagalbos priemonės: kiekvienam pacientui asmeniškai pritaikomas chirurginis instrumentas, skirtas kaulų onkologinėmis ligomis sergančių pacientų operacijoms atlikti, ir chirurginių siūlų sukabinimo ir kirpimo įrenginys su titaniniais siūlų fiksatoriais, skirtais chirurginiam širdies vožtuvų pažeidimų gydymui.
Taip pat gestaciniu diabetu sergančioms nėščiosioms nuo vasario 1 d. pradėta kompensuoti viena adata insulino švirkštikliui per parą ir padidintas diagnostinių gliukozės juostelių gliukozei nustatyti kiekis iki 150 juostelių per pirmuosius 3 mėnesius po gestacinio diabeto diagnozės nustatymo, vėliau yra kompensuojama iki 50 juostelių per 3 mėnesius.
2024 m. PSDF biudžete vaistams, medicinos pagalbos priemonėms ir medicinos priemonių nuomai iš viso numatyta 634 mln. eurų.
