Kviečiame teikti paraiškas paramai gauti pagal priemonę „Gamybinės investicijos į tvarią akvakultūros gamybą ir susijusias pridėtinę vertę kuriančias veiklas“. Numatoma, kad priemonė, kurios įgyvendinimui skiriama 8,5 mln. Eur, skatins darnią akvakultūros veiklą, didins akvakultūros produktų gamybos konkurencingumą ir užtikrins, kad ši veikla aplinkos požiūriu būtų tvari ilguoju laikotarpiu.
Projekto įgyvendinimo planą gali teikti labai mažos, mažos arba vidutinės įmonės, didelės įmonės ir fiziniai asmenys, užsiimantys arba siekiantys užsiimti akvakultūra. Įgyvendinant projektą gali būti vykdoma daugiau nei viena veikla, susijusi su investicijomis į tinkamas saugos ir darbo sąlygas, išskyrus veiklą, susijusią su investicijomis į energijos iš atsinaujinančių energijos išteklių naudojimą akvakultūroje ir perdirbime.
Remiamos septynios veiklos:
1. Investicijos į perspektyvių žuvų (įskaitant dumblius ir vėžiagyvius) rūšių auginimo gamybinių pajėgumų didinimą.
2. Investicijos į akvakultūros produktų pridėtinę vertę (įskaitant perdirbimą ir pirminį perdirbimą).
3. Investicijos į energijos iš atsinaujinančių energijos išteklių (toliau – AEI) naudojimą akvakultūroje ir perdirbime (AEI naudojančių energijos gamybos pajėgumų įrengimas arba įsigijimas).
4. Investicijos į esamų akvakultūros gamybos pajėgumų modernizavimą siekiant juos išlaikyti, kai yra pagrįsta rizika dėl jų praradimo.
5. Investicijos į energijos ir kitų išteklių vartojimo efektyvumą, dekarbonizaciją, didinančias (įskaitant žiedinės ekonomikos investicijas) priemones.
6. Investicijos į prisitaikymo prie klimato kaitos priemones ir (arba) mažinančias neigiamą akvakultūros poveikį natūraliems vandens telkiniams priemones.
7. Investicijos į tiesioginį pardavimą ir rinkodaros priemonių taikymą / įgyvendinimą.
Pirmai remiamai veiklai didžiausia galimos paramos suma yra 2,4 mln. Eur projektui (didžiausia galima paramos suma vienam paramos gavėjui ir įmonėms partnerėms bei susijusioms įmonėms per visą paramos teikimo laikotarpį – 3,6 mln. Eur), antrai remiamai veiklai – 500 tūkst. Eur, trečiai remiamai veiklai paramos suma neribojama.
Ketvirtai, penktai, šeštai ir septintai remiamai veiklai didžiausia paramos suma siekia 90 tūkst. Eur (didžiausia galima paramos suma vienam paramos gavėjui ir įmonėms partnerėms bei susijusioms įmonėms per visą paramos teikimo laikotarpį – 145 tūkst. Eur).
Projekto veiklos vykdomos nuo 2023 m. sausio 1 d. iki 2029 m. gruodžio 31 d., bet ne ilgiau kaip 24 mėn. nuo projekto sutarties pasirašymo dienos.
Projekto įgyvendinimo planai teikiami nuo 2024 m. gegužės 6 d. iki 2024 m. liepos 8 d., dokumentai Nacionalinei mokėjimo agentūrai teikiami užpildžius elektroninę formą per ŽŪMIS.
