Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija skelbia „Sodros“ vadovo atranką. Prašymą į atranką galima teikti Valstybės tarnybos portale.
„Šiandien darbo rinką praturtiname tikrai neeiliniu darbo pasiūlymu. Kvietimas kandidatuoti į „Sodros“ vadovo pareigas turėtų būti įdomus drąsiems, kompetentingiems mūsų šalies vadovams ir vadovėms. Tai viena svarbiausių darbo pozicijų Lietuvoje, nes „Sodros“ klientai yra visi šalies gyventojai: vaikai, dirbantieji, žmonės, turintys negalią, senjorai. Daugiau nei 3 tūkst. „Sodros“ darbuotojų ir 6,4 mlrd. eurų biudžetas, galimybė tęsti IT transformaciją ir kurti milžinišką vertę visiems šalies žmonėms, – tai iššūkiai, kurie laukia naujo „Sodros“ vadovo“, – sako socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė.
Anot ministrės M. Navickienės, iš naujo vadovo tikimasi orientacijos į klientą, gebėjimo didinti darbuotojų įsitraukimą ir pasitenkinimą darbu, formuoti į įstaigos misijos ir tikslų įgyvendinimą orientuotą organizacijos kultūrą, įkvėpti darbuotojus siekti tikslų. Šioje darbo pozicijoje svarbu išmanyti viešojo administravimo sistemą, finansų, personalo ir projektų valdymą. Ne mažiau svarbus gebėjimas komunikuoti su socialiniais partneriais ir visuomene.
Pretendentai turi turėti aukštąjį universitetinį ar jam prilygintą išsilavinimą (magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį arba baigus vientisąsias studijas įgytą magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį), turėti bent 3 metų vadovaujamo darbo patirties, mokėti anglų kalbą. Lyderystė, organizuotumas, gebėjimas analizuoti ir daryti išvadas, strateginis požiūris – tai bendrosios kompetencijos, kurios taip pat bus vertinamos atrankos metu.
Vadovas skiriamas 5 metų kadencijai.

Alga – 3999 Eur neatskaičius mokesčių + priedas už tarnybos stažą. Atsižvelgiant į Valstybės tarnybos įstatymo pokyčius nuo 2024 m., pareiginė alga numatoma ne mažesnė negu 5356 Eur neatskaičius mokesčių.
