Vyriausybė, siekdama tinkamai įgyvendinti Ribojamųjų priemonių dėl karinės agresijos prieš Ukrainą nustatymo įstatymą, patvirtino Žemės ūkio ministerijos parengtą draudžiamų į Lietuvą importuoti rusiškos ir baltarusiškos kilmės žemės ūkio produktų bei pašarų sąrašą, kuriame yra daugiau kaip 2,8 tūkst. įvairių produktų.
Sąrašas parengtas atsižvelgiant į žemės ūkio produktų ir pašarų įvežimo kiekį, struktūrą bei vertę. Į jį patenka 24 grupių produktai: gyvi gyvūnai, mėsa ir jos subproduktai, žuvys, pienas ir jo produktai, kiaušiniai, natūralus medus, negyvūninės kilmės produktai, augalai, daržovės, vaisiai, kava ir prieskoniai, grūdai, javai, aliejus, gėrimai, tabakas ir kiti produktai.
Atsižvelgiant į detalią importo iš Rusijos ir Baltarusijos duomenų analizę bei galimą didelę žalą perdirbėjams, taip pat į viešųjų konsultacijų su visuomene metu gautas pastabas, į sąrašą neįtraukti žemės ūkio produktai, neturintys alternatyvių importo šaltinių (kai kurie grybai, uogos, augalinės pynimo medžiagos, melasa, kai kurie pašarai gyvūnams ir kt.).
Nustatytos ribojimo priemonės bus taikomos nuo 2024 m. birželio 3 d.
