Susitikime su profesinių sąjungų atstovais aptarti darbo organizavimo, darbo laiko planavimo ir apmokėjimo principai, kurie bus taikomi užtikrinant viešąją tvarką NATO viršūnių susitikimo metu.
„Esame pasirengę tinkamai įvertinti ir atlyginti pareigūnams, kurie NATO viršūnių susitikimo metu užtikrins viešąją tvarką, taip pat atlyginti tiems pareigūnams, kurie liks dirbti savo teritorijose ir pavaduos į sostinę komandiruotus kolegas”, – susitikimo metu sakė policijos generalinis komisaras Renatas Požėla.
Pasitarimo metu buvo pristatyti numatomi apmokėjimo už tarnybą principai:
- pareigūnų pamainos bus organizuojamos po 12 val. Iš jų 8 val. tiesioginių užduočių vykdymas bus apmokamos įprastu tarifu, o visas kitas dirbtas laikas bus apmokamas kaip viršvalandinis darbas;
- esant būtinumui, pareigūnams dirbus viršvalandžius ir (ar) nakties metu, bus apmokama teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka. Taip pat kaip viršvalandžiai bus apmokėtas ir vykimo laikas (į užduoties vykdymo vietą bei bei grįžimas atgal) pareigūnams, kurių nuolatinė tarnybos vieta yra kituose miestuose;
- šį pusmetį taip pat bus priimti atskiri sprendimai dėl papildomo atlyginimo pareigūnams, kurie šio renginio metu liks dirbti savo prižiūrimose teritorijose.
