Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijos Vilniaus rajone įsteigtas Rudaminos vaikų lopšelis-darželis „Ąžuoliukas“ kviečia ieškančius darbo ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogus tapti bendruomenės dalimi. Darželis dar šiemet galės įdarbinti bent kelis pedagogus, nes planuojama atidaryti 4 naujas ikimokyklinio ugdymo grupes rugsėjį duris atvėrusiame naujame darželio pastate.
„Sudarysime lankstų darbo grafiką, iš dalies kompensuosime kelionės į darbą ir atgal išlaidas, bus sudarytos sąlygos tobulinti kvalifikaciją“, – sako lopšelio-darželio direktorė Jolanta Baltakienė.
Naujame darželyje jau yra pačių mažiausių – lopšelinukų grupė, susirinkusi nuo rugsėjo. Visose 5 modulinio darželio grupėse galės ugdytis iki 90 vaikų. Naujas modulinis darželis, kuriame ugdoma lietuvių kalba, pastatytas per šiuos metus. Moduliniam darželiui ir sporto salei pastatyti Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija skyrė 240 tūkst. eurų. Taip pat dar šiemet numatomos papildomos investicijos į darželio infrastruktūros gerinimą.
