Spalio 1 d. veiklą pradeda dvi atsinaujinusios aukštosios mokyklos Klaipėdoje ir Marijampolėje. Lietuvos aukštoji jūreivystės mokykla prisijungė prie VILNIUS TECH ir tapo šio universiteto padaliniu – Lietuvos jūreivystės akademija – Klaipėdoje. Marijampolės kolegija prisijungė prie Mykolo Romerio universiteto (MRU) ir tapo jo padaliniu – Sūduvos akademija – Marijampolėje.
„Šiandien baigiamas įgyvendinti vienas iš prioritetinių Vyriausybės siekių studijų srityje – sustiprinamos valstybinės kolegijos. Tai leis regionuose užtikrinti didesnę kokybiškų, į regionų darbo rinkos poreikius orientuotų studijų programų pasiūlą, modernesnę studijų infrastruktūrą, plėsti mokslinę veiklą“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministrė Radvilė Morkūnaitė-Mikulėnienė.
Lietuvos jūreivystės akademija siūlys įvairesnių studijų programų
Kaip Vyriausybė buvo numačiusi valstybinių kolegijų tinklo stiprinimo plane, Lietuvos aukštajai jūreivystės mokyklai prisijungus prie VILNIUS TECH, Klaipėdoje ir toliau bus vykdomos koleginės jūrų inžinerijos bei jūrų technologijų krypčių studijos, jūrų transporto sektoriaus darbuotojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo mokymai. Ateityje numatoma kurti ir naujas studijų programas: atsinaujinančių energijos šaltinių jūroje inžinerijos, uosto ir laivybos inžinerinio valdymo.
Tobulinant studijų ir mokymo infrastruktūrą numatoma statyti naują Jūrų inžinerijos ir atsinaujinančios energijos kompetencijų centrą, kuriame bus vykdomi ir praktiniai jūrinio vėjo jėgainių bei jas aptarnaujančio laivyno darbuotojų mokymai.
Atsinaujinęs VILNIUS TECH rengs ne tik oro, žemės, bet ir vandens transporto specialistus, kurs intermodalinių pervežimų sistemas.
Studijų sąlygos įstojusiems šiais ar ankstesniais metais į Lietuvos aukštąją jūreivystės mokyklą nesikeičia. Nuo kitų mokslo metų baigiantieji kolegines studijas Lietuvos jūreivystės akademijoje gaus VILNIUS TECH profesinio bakalauro diplomus.
MRU Sūduvos akademija Marijampolėje įsikurs naujose patalpose
Platesnis studijų programų spektras bus siūlomas ir Marijampolėje. Marijampolės kolegijai prisijungus prie MRU ir tapus Sūduvos akademija, sudarytos palankesnės sąlygos studijų kokybei gerinti, infrastruktūrai atnaujinti, mokslinių tyrimų plėtrai regione.
Šios aukštosios mokyklos įsigijo ir rengiasi rekonstruoti pastatą Marijampolės miesto centre, kur įsikurs naujasis MRU padalinys.
Studijų sąlygos įstojusiesiems į Marijampolės kolegiją nesikeičia. Nuo kitų mokslo metų baigiantieji kolegines studijas Marijampolėje gaus MRU profesinio bakalauro diplomus.
Valstybinių kolegijų tinklo stiprinimo planas
Koleginių studijų kokybei gerinti Vyriausybė įgyvendino 2023–2024 m. valstybinių kolegijų tinklo stiprinimo planą.
Plane įtvirtinta, kad ne mažiau kaip pusė valstybinių kolegijų dėstytojų turi turėti ne mažesnę kaip 3 metų praktinio darbo patirtį, susijusią su dėstomuoju dalyku, o praktiniam rengimui turi būti skiriama ne mažiau kaip trečdalis studijų programos apimties. Tai reiškia, kad praktiniam rengimui bus skiriama ne mažiau kaip 1 metai.
Taip pat numatyta, kad 2029 m. valstybinėje kolegijoje studijuotų ne mažiau kaip 1,2 tūkst. studentų. Toks sutelkimas svarbus formuojant ir išlaikant stiprų dėstytojų branduolį, užtikrinant kokybiškoms studijoms būtiną infrastruktūrą.
Įgyvendinant kolegijų stiprinimo planą, nuo šių metų liepos 1 d. reorganizuotos 4 valstybinės kolegijos: Vilniaus dizaino ir technologijų kolegija prisijungė prie Vilniaus kolegijos, Alytaus kolegija prisijungė prie Kauno kolegijos ir tapo jos padaliniu Alytuje, Kauno technikos kolegija ir Kauno miškų ir aplinkos inžinerijos kolegija tapo viena Lietuvos inžinerijos kolegija.
