Ministras su gydymo įstaigų vadovais ir darbuotojais aptarė darbo organizavimo praktikas, eilių situaciją, popierizmo ir biurokratizmo mažinimo klausimus.
Ministras akcentavo, kad skirtingai nei didžiojoje dalyje Lietuvos, Utenos regione pastaruoju metu kiek padaugėjo gyventojų. Dulkys akcentavo, kad Utenos gydymo įstaigos turi potencialo pagerinti darbą tiek su pacientais, tiek su personalo pritraukimu. „Kuo greičiau bus atsistota į paciento batus, tuo greičiau bus atgautas tiek pacientų, tiek medicinos personalo pasitikėjimas. Gydytojai važiuoja ten, kur diegiami šiuolaikiniai vadybos sprendimai, kur galima pasisemti praktikos. Rajonui reikia pasitempti pritraukiant medikus, per pastaruosius metus jų atvyko vos keliolika, nors gydymo įstaigose veikia dvi rezidentūros bazės“, – teigia ministras.
Su ministru bendravusios šeimos gydytojos akcentavo, kad prie darbo sąlygų pagerinimo prisidėtų didesnių įgaliojimų slaugytojams suteikimas, kad jos galėtų išrašyti receptus ir dalį siuntimų.
