Antradienį vykusiame Lietuvos, Lenkijos ir Ukrainos žemės ūkio ministrų susitikime pasiektas svarbus susitarimas, leidžiantis perkelti tranzitu vežamų ukrainietiškų grūdų forminimo procedūras iš Ukrainos – Lenkijos pasienio į Klaipėdos uostą.
Taip pat nuo šiol Ukrainos – Lenkijos pasienyje nebus vykdoma valstybinė pašarų kontrolė, o nuo spalio 4 d. nebus vykdoma ir grūdų, skirtų maistiniam vartojimui, kontrolė.
Valstybinę kontrolę atliks Lietuvos Valstybinės maisto ir veterinarijos tarnybos (VMVT) specialistai.
Dėl Rusijos karinės agresijos prieš Ukrainą ir padidėjusio ukrainietiškų prekių srauto Ukrainos-Lenkijos pasienio kirtimo punktuose maisto ir pašarų kontrolę vykdančioms institucijoms kilo didelių iššūkių. Sutrikęs grūdų tranzito srautas kelia grėsmę pasauliniam aprūpinimo maistu saugumui, todėl šiuo trijų šalių ministrų sutarimu siekiama efektyvinti ir didinti eksporto solidarumo koridorių pajėgumą, pirmiausia palengvinant administracinę naštą. Tai paspartins ukrainietiškų grūdų ir pašarų eksportą į trečiąsias šalis procesą, tuo pačiu – ir grūdinių kultūrų pašarų importą į ES.
Ministrų pasiektą susitarimą patvirtina Lietuvos žemės ūkio ministro Kęstučio Navicko paskelbta deklaracija, užbaigianti keletą savaičių trukusį intensyvų Lietuvos ir Lenkijos institucijų ekspertų darbą ir patvirtinanti, kad Lietuvos VMVT visiškai perima tranzitu per Lietuvą gabenamų bei importuojamų grūdų valstybinę kontrolę.
Žemės ūkio ministras K. Navickas pasidžiaugė, kad pagaliau rastas bendras sprendimas, padėsiantis ne tik sumažinti administracinę naštą, bet ir atveriantis papildomų galimybių ukrainietiškų grūdų tranzitui per Klaipėdos jūrų uostą.
„Tai svarbus žingsnis į priekį ir didelė pagalba Ukrainai, kuriai ypač reikia efektyviai veikiančių solidarumo koridorių, leidžiančių saugiai išvežti grūdus į trečiąsias šalis naudojant ES jūrų uostų infrastruktūrą. Klaipėdos uostas pasirengęs perimti dalį tranzito srauto, todėl džiaugiuosi, kad tarpvalstybinis bendradarbiavimas siekiant palengvinti sienos kirtimo procedūras buvo sėkmingas ir naudingas Ukrainai, kuriai pagalbos reikia labiausiai“, – dėkodamas Lietuvos ir Lenkijos institucijoms už konstruktyvų darbą teigia žemės ūkio ministras.
