Viešoji įstaiga „Ekoagros“ kviečia į nuotolinį nemokamą seminarą „Ekologiškų maitinimo paslaugų sertifikavimas, jų ekologiškumo ženklų suteikimo tvarka ir sertifikavimo mokesčio kompensavimo galimybės“.
Seminare, kuris vyks rugpjūčio 20 d. 14 val. sužinosite apie ekologiškų viešojo maitinimo įstaigų sertifikavimą – sistemą ir taisykles, galimus gauti ekologiškumo ženklus, jų suteikimo tvarką, reikalavimus norintiems juos gauti ir galimybes kompensuotis sertifikavimo mokesčius. Taip pat bus pateikiama informacija apie ekologiškų viešojo maitinimo įstaigų sertifikavimą – sistemą ir taisykles, galimus gauti ekologiškumo ženklus, jų suteikimo tvarką, reikalavimus norintiems juos gauti ir galimybes kompensuotis sertifikavimo mokesčius.
Jei ruošiant patiekalus yra naudojamos ekologiškos žaliavos ar produktai, yra galimybė gauti tai patvirtinantį sertifikatą ir ženklą. Kuo ekologiškų žaliavų ir produktų naudojama daugiau – tuo solidesnis ekologiškumo ženklas gali būti gautas: bronzinis, sidabrinis arba auksinis.
Daugiausia pagal šią sistemą sertifikuojasi prie ekologiško maitinimo perėję vaikų darželiai – ypač tie, kurie dar naudojasi Žemės ūkio ministerijos paramos schema, kai kompensuojama dalis išlaidų, jei vaikų maitinime įprastiniai produktai pakeičiami ekologiškais. Bet ši sistema skirta ir kavinėms, restoranams, viešbučiams, maistą tiekiančioms įmonėms. Lietuvoje šiuo metu jau yra vienas sertifikuotas restoranas (restoranas gavo ir žaliąją „Michelin“ žvaigždutę) ir viena kavinė.
Į šį seminarą kviečiamos visas maitinimo paslaugas teikiančios įmonės: vaikų darželiai, mokyklos, vaikų maitinimą organizuojančios įmonės, restoranai, kavinės, kaimo turizmo sodybos ir kitos.
