Nuo birželio 1 d. kompensuojamuosius vaistus išrašantiems gydytojams bus paprasčiau pasirinkti kompensacijos rūšį, nes iki šiol galiojusios septynios rūšys sujungtos į tris stambesnes grupes. Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija pažymi, kad šis pakeitimas nedaro įtakos kompensuojamųjų vaistų sąrašui, todėl pacientai gaus tuos pačius kompensuojamuosius vaistus, kokius gaudavo iki šiol.
Nuo birželio 1 d. E. sveikatos sistemoje elektroniniame recepte nebegali būti nurodomi kompensacijos rūšies kodai „1“, „2“, „6“, „7“ ir „13“. Nuo šiol, išrašant receptus kompensuojamiesiems vaistams ar kompensuojamosioms medicinos pagalbos priemonėms (MPP), gali būti nurodomi kodai:
- 3 – Liga pagal sąrašą – 100 proc. (vaikams ir suaugusiems pagal A, B ir C sąrašus išrašant receptus vaistams ir MPP, kuriems priklauso 100 proc. kompensacija);
- 16 – Reta liga – 100 proc. (naudoja tik gydytojai, išrašantys receptus labai retoms ligoms gydyti);
- 17 – Liga pagal sąrašą – 50 proc. (suaugusiems pagal B sąrašą išrašant receptus vaistams, kuriems priklauso 50 proc. kompensacija) – tai naujas kompensacijos rūšies kodas.
Kompensuojamųjų vaistų sąrašas (B sąrašas) nesikeičia. Išrašant kompensuojamuosius vaistus iš šio sąrašo, nuo šiol atitinkamai turi būti nurodomas vienas iš šių kompensacijos rūšies kodų:
Iki birželio 1 d. išrašyti receptai, kuriuose nurodyti iki birželio 1 d. galioję kompensacijos rūšies kodai ir kompensacijos rūšys, galios tiek, kiek nurodyta recepte.
Sveikatos apsaugos ministro įsakymą dėl atnaujintos receptų rašymo ir vaistų išdavimo tvarkos rasite ČIA.
Naujasis ministro įsakymas taip pat numato ir griežtesnę receptinių vaistų išdavimo tvarką. Nuo rugpjūčio 1 d., vaistus, kurių veiklioji medžiaga pregabalinas, atvejais, kai jie skiriami kaip nekompensuojamieji ir išimtinais atvejais (pvz. kai nėra galimybių išrašyti elektroninio recepto dėl gydymo įstaigos informacinės sistemos veikimo sutrikimo ir gydytojas neturi techninių galimybių naudotis E. sveikatos sistema) išrašomi popieriniuose receptuose. Tokiais atvejais gydytojas juos turės išrašyti tik 2 formos specialiuosiuose receptų blankuose. Jei pirmiau minėtas vaistas išrašomas kaip kompensuojamasis, turės būti pildomas tik 3 formos ar 3 formos (išimties atvejams) recepto blankas, 2 formos specialiojo recepto blanko tokiu atveju pildyti nereikia. Minėto vaisto išrašymo tvarka elektroniniuose receptuose nesikeičia.
Taip pat nuo rugpjūčio 1 d. sugriežtės receptinių vaistų, kurių veiklioji medžiaga yra semagliutidas ir somatropinas, išdavimo tvarka – 1 formos popieriniai receptai, pagal kuriuos vaistinės išduos minėtus vaistus, vaistinėse turės būti saugomi 1 metus. Minėtų vaistų taip pat nebus galima išduoti be recepto. Taip bus užkertamas kelias vaistus, kurių veiklioji medžiaga yra semagliutidas ir somatropinas, piktnaudžiaujant įsigyti vaistinėse be recepto arba su tuo pačiu popieriniu receptu kelis kartus.
