Ūkininkai, dalyvaujantys kompleksinės ekologinės sistemos „Veiklos ariamojoje žemėje“ veikloje „Kraštovaizdžio elementų priežiūra“, kraštovaizdžio elementų (ežių, palaukių; paviršinio vandens telkinių pakrančių, pagriovių; medžių ir krūmų juostų; pavienių medžių ar krūmų; medžių ir krūmų grupių, miškelių, apleistų sodybviečių ir ūkinių pastatų; vandens telkinių pakrančių), priežiūros (šienavimo) darbus galės atlikti ne iki rugpjūčio 1 d., bet iki rugsėjo 1 d.
Žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas kraštovaizdžio elementų priežiūros terminą pratęsė įvertinęs tai, kad 2023 m. yra pirmieji Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano įgyvendinimo metai, kai pareiškėjai dalyvauja ekologinėse sistemose, ir tai, kad pareiškėjų, dalyvaujančių kompleksinės ekologinės sistemos „Veiklos ariamojoje žemėje“ veikloje „Kraštovaizdžio elementų priežiūra“, deklaruojami kraštovaizdžio elementai dažnai yra įsiterpę arba ribojasi su pareiškėjo deklaruota ariamąja žeme, taip pat įvertinta tai, kad javapjūtė šiais metais yra vėlesnė. Dėl to pareiškėjams turėtų būti sudarytos galimybės juos prižiūrėti (nušienauti) nepažeidus žemės ūkio naudmenų, t. y. po jų derliaus nuėmimo bei įvertinus nepalankias klimatines sąlygas (šalnas ir sausrą).
Taip pat atsižvelgta į tai, kad bearimės technologijos ir tiesioginė sėja sparčiai populiarėja, atsižvelgta į anksčiausius mokslininkų siūlomus žieminių kultūrų sėjos terminus (iki einamųjų metų rugsėjo 15 d.), dėl to nustatyti vėlesni žaliojo pūdymo įterpimo į dirvą ar kitokio jo sutvarkymo (volavimo, smulkinimo, skutimo) terminai.
Šios nuostatos bus taikomos 2023 m. pateiktoms paramos už žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei ūkinius gyvūnus paraiškoms.
Žaliasis pūdymas – tai ariamosios žemės plotas, kuriame, siekiant pagerinti dirvos struktūrą, einamaisiais metais pasėti žemės ūkio augalai įterpiami į dirvą ar kitaip sutvarkomi (voluojami, smulkinami, skutami).
Žemės ūkio ministro įsakymas Nr. 3D-492 „Dėl kraštovaizdžio elementų priežiūros ir žaliojo pūdymo sutvarkymo terminų pratęsimo pareiškėjams, pateikusiems paramos už žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei ūkinius gyvūnus paraiškas 2023 m.“ yra čia.
