Vizito Klaipėdoje metu vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė dalyvavo Klaipėdos Vėtrungės gimnazijoje surengtoje civilinės saugos pamokoje, skirtoje 11–12 klasių moksleiviams.
Pristatydama pamoką A. Bilotaitė pažymėjo, kad Vidaus reikalų ministerijos užsakymu atlikto visuomenės nuomonės tyrimo duomenimis, klaipėdiečiai yra labiau pasirengę ekstremaliosioms situacijoms, lyginant su gyventojais visoje Lietuvoje.
57 proc. klaipėdiečių mano, kad žinotų, kaip elgtis ekstremaliųjų situacijų metu (visoje šalyje tokių – 52 proc.), 54 proc. turi būtiniausių atsargų 72 valandoms, taip pat daugiau klaipėdiečių, lyginant su visos šalies gyventojais, žino kur yra artimiausia priedanga (37 proc. palyginti su 31 proc. visoje šalyje) ir yra pasirengę veiksmų planą, kaip elgtųsi nelaimės atveju (27 proc. palyginti su 17 proc. visoje šalyje).
„Džiaugiuosi, kad Klaipėdoje gyventojų informavimui ir pasirengimui ekstremaliosioms situacijoms skiriamas deramas dėmesys. Karas Ukrainoje, pasienis su Rusija, Baltarusija primena, kad turime žinoti veiksmus, kuriuos svarbu padaryti tam, kad galėtume jaustis saugūs. Labai svarbu kiekvienam žinoti, ką reikėtų daryti nutikus vienai ar kitai sudėtingai situacijai. Investuokime į žinojimą, pasirengimą, kalbėkimės su šeima, su artimaisiais, turėkime planą“, – sakė vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė.
Pasak A. Bilotaitės, planuojama, kad civilinės saugos pamokos bus surengtos visose Klaipėdos mokyklose.
Pernai metų pabaigoje VRM inicijuoto interaktyvaus civilinės saugos edukacinio projekto metu buvo aplankyta 31 Lietuvos mokykla 17-oje Lietuvos savivaldybių. Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamento prie VRM civilinės saugos specialistai susitiko su daugiau nei 2500 šalies moksleivių – pasakojo, kaip elgtis įvykus ekstremaliai situacijai, išgirdus perspėjimo sireną ir kaip pasiruošti. Mokymų metu suteikta informacija, kaip reiktų elgtis karinės grėsmės atveju ar ištikus kitoms galimoms gamtinio, techninio pobūdžio nelaimėms, nemažai dėmesio skirta išvykimo krepšiui ir daiktams, kurių gali prireikti evakuacijos atveju.
Anot ministrės, didinant visuomenės atsparumą grėsmėms ir įgyvendinant sėkmingai visoje Lietuvoje pradėtą VRM informacinę civilinės saugos kampaniją „Esame komanda – turime planą“, buvo pasitelktos šalies vietos bendruomenės, nevyriausybinės organizacijas, Katalikų bažnyčia, dirbama su žmones su negalia atstovaujančiomis organizacijomis, o moksleiviai yra ypatingai svarbi grandis, nes perteikdami žinias jiems, pasiekiame visą šeimą.
Iš viso vystant plataus masto informacinę kampaniją „Esame komanda – turime planą“ buvo pasiekta daugiau nei 2 mln. šalies gyventojų, ekstremaliosioms situacijoms pasiruošti skirtos interneto svetainės www.lt72.lt lankomumas išaugo trigubai, o naujausia VRM apklausa rodo, kad šią svetainę žino beveik 40 proc. gyventojų.
Klaipėdos savivaldybėje ne tik aktyviai vykdomas gyventojų švietimas civilinės saugos klausimais, bet ir organizuojami tiesioginiai susitikimai su gyventojais. Susitikimų metu kalbama apie pavojingųjų objektų bei kitas aktualias grėsmes, pristatomas išvykimo krepšys.
Per 1,5 metų šalyje kartu su savivaldybėmis sukurtas 3251 priedangų tinklas gyventojų apsaugai nuo oro pavojaus ir netiesioginio apšaudymo. Pavojaus atveju esamose priedangose tilptų apie 856 (iš 2 857) tūkst. šalies gyventojų. Klaipėdoje yra pažymėtos 79 priedangos. Naujausiais duomenimis, 47 proc. gyventojų šalyje žino, kur ieškoti informacijos apie tai, kur yra artimiausia priedanga.
Lietuvoje nuolat atnaujinama, plečiama ir gyventojų perspėjimo sistema – įsigytos 197 sirenos. Klaipėdos savivaldybėje yra įrengtos 53 gyventojų perspėjimo sirenos.
Stiprinami žmogiškieji ištekliai – civiline sauga šalies savivaldybėse ir ministerijose rūpinsis 74 parengties pareigūnai.
