Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamentas įsigijo 20 vidutinės klasės automobilinių cisternų su dviguba kabina. Liepos 18 d. Ugniagesių gelbėtojų mokykloje jos buvo perduotos šalies priešgaisrinėms gelbėjimo valdyboms. Tai pirmosios automobilinės cisternos iš 58, dėl kurių 2022 m. kovo mėnesį buvo pasirašyta pirkimo sutartis. Jų gamyba užtruko dėl karo Ukrainoje veiksmų sutrikus tiekimo grandinėms. Automobilinės cisternos pagamintos Lenkijoje.
„Pirmąkart Lietuvoje įsigijome tiek gaisrinių automobilių. Tai didžiausias pirkinys ugniagesybos istorijoje. Šie gaisriniai automobiliai ne tik pagerins ugniagesių gelbėtojų darbo sąlygas, bet ir padės užtikrinti gyventojų saugumą, – sako Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamento direktorius Saulius Greičius. – Juose yra sukomplektuotos naujos gaisro gesinimo priemonės. Šie automobiliai sertifikuoti ir atitinka nustatytus saugos ir kokybės reikalavimus.“
Pasak vidaus reikalų ministrės Agnės Bilotaitės, ugniagesių gelbėtojų darbo kokybė priklauso nuo turimos įrangos, technikos ir darbo sąlygų.
„Civilinei ir priešgaisrinei saugai skiriame išskirtinį dėmesį. Ugniagesių gelbėtojų atliekamas darbas užtikrina visuomenės saugumą ir saugo mūsų žmonių gyvybes. Investuojame į mūsų pareigūnų aprūpinimą ir motyvaciją, o tai rodo kasmet vis didėjantis statutinių tarnybų finansavimas. Praėjusiais metais PAGD pareigūnų vidutinis darbo užmokestis padidėjo beveik 12 proc., šiais metais numatomas 10 proc. augimas. Todėl didesni pareigūnų atlyginimai, geresnės darbo sąlygos ir tinkamas pareigūnų aprūpinimas išliks mūsų prioritetu“, – sako ministrė A. Bilotaitė.
Vidutinės klasės automobilinės cisternos su dvigubomis kabinomis skirtos vykti į gaisrus ir gelbėjimo darbus, vežti gesinamąsias medžiagas bei gaisrų gesinimo ir gelbėjimo įrangą, gesinti gaisrus. Jos yra su didesnio važumo padangomis, skirtomis įvairioms kelio dangoms, leidžiančiomis važiuoti sudėtingomis važiavimo sąlygoms ir eksploatuoti automobilį visais metų laikais.
Automobilinių cisternų kabinose gali vykti po 6 ugniagesius gelbėtojus. Kabinose įrengti tvirtinimai suslėgtojo oro kvėpavimo aparatams. Suslėgtojo oro kvėpavimo aparatus turės ne tik visi ugniagesiai gelbėtojai, bet ir vienas keleivis.
Jose taip pat yra autonominiai šildymo agregatai, kabinų išorėje – žibintai, skirti namų numerių paieškai. Automobilinės cisternos turi vidinį LED kabinos apšvietimą, skaitmeninius automobilinius radijo ryšio terminalus, monitorius, kurie rodo gale sumontuotos vaizdo kameros transliuojamą vaizdą, kai yra įjungiama atbulinės eigos pavara.
