Nuo 2025 m. sausio 1 d., baigus galioti medicininei pažymai, nebegalios ir vairuotojo pažymėjimas. Kitaip tariant, vairuotojo medicininė pažyma turės galioti nuolat, o ne tik vairuotojo pažymėjimo keitimo metu. Nuo praėjusių metų lapkričio sveikatą pasitikrino daugiau nei 200 tūkst. vairuotojų, tačiau beveik tiek pat jų to dar nepadarė. Ypatingai suklusti turėtų 30-mečiai ir 65-erių metų amžiaus vairuotojai.
Vairuotojai, kurie dar nepasitikrino, iki kada galioja jų medicininė pažyma, yra kviečiami tai padaryti kuo skubiau. Tai galima padaryti dviem būdais:
1. Identifikavus save per el. valdžios vartus „Vairuotojų portale“;
2. Suvedus vairuotojo pažymėjimo numerį ir asmens kodą „Regitros“ el. sistemoje.
Vykdant informacinę kampaniją ir siunčiant vairuotojams priminimus el. laiškais, matoma pozityvi tendencija – sveikatą jau pasitikrino beveik 50 proc. vairuotojų, kuriems tai reikia padaryti iki kitų metų sausio 1 d. Pastebima, jog pasyviausiai sveikatą tikrinasi 30-mečiai (12 proc. nuo visų vairuotojų) ir 65-erių metų amžiaus vairuotojai (11 proc.). Tad šių ir kitų amžiaus grupių vairuotojai turėtų suskubti ir nenukelti sveikatos patikros paskutinei dienai.
„Noriu padėkoti tiems vairuotojams, kurie jau pasitikrino savo sveikatos būklę, ir paraginti tuos, kurie dar to nepadarė. Rūpindamiesi savo klientais, jau esame išsiuntę daugiau nei 200 tūkst. el. laiškų, kuriuose kviečiame atnaujinti savo medicininę pažymą. Džiugu, jog visos komunikacinės priemonės jau duoda apčiuopiamus rezultatus – nuo praėjusių metų lapkričio negaliojančių medicininių pažymų skaičius sumažėjo beveik per pusę“ , – sako „Regitros“ generalinis direktorius Vaidas Dominauskas.
Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos duomenimis, pastaruoju metu sparčiai auga išduodamų vairuotojų medicininių pažymų kiekiai: 2022 m. buvo išduota 243 tūkst., 2023 m. – 352 tūkst., o per šių metų keturis mėn. jų išduota jau 163 tūkstančiai.
„Labai dėkoju sveikatos priežiūros specialistams, kurių indėlis akivaizdžiai matosi augančiame išduodamų pažymų skaičiuje. Žinoma, tai rodo ir Lietuvos vairuotojų sąmoningumą, ir rūpestį tiek savo, tiek kitų eismo dalyvių saugumu. Tiems vairuotojams, kurie privalo, bet dar nespėjo pasitikrinti sveikatos, primenu, kad vasara yra palankesnis metas, nes gydymo įstaigose kiek sumažėja pacientų srautai. Rekomenduotume neatidėti sveikatos patikrinimo rudeniui, kai prasideda mokslo metai ir viršutinių kvėpavimo takų infekcijų sezonas. Būtent dabar tai galima padaryti greičiau ir išvengti didesnių eilių“, – sako sveikatos apsaugos viceministras Aurimas Pečkauskas.
Primename, kad praėjusių metų pabaigoje pasikeitė vairuotojų sveikatos patikros periodiškumas. Vairuotojams iki 65 metų sveikatos patikrą reikės atlikti tik kas dešimt metų, nuo 66 iki 79-erių metų sveikatą pasitikrinti reikės kartą per penkerius metus, o vyresniems nei 80 – kas dvejus metus.
„Vairuotojų sveikatos būklė yra tiesiogiai susijusi su eismo saugumu. Siekiant, kad visi eismo dalyviai būtų saugūs, labai svarbu pasitikrinti sveikatą. Sveikatos problemos, ypač regos ar klausos sutrikimai, tiesiogiai daro įtaką vairuotojo elgesiui kelyje. Nekontroliuojamos ligos kaip pvz.: cukrinis diabetas, aukštas kraujo spaudimas, miego sutrikimai gali lemti pablogėjusią reakciją ar staigų sveikatos pablogėjimą vairuojant. Šiuo metu stebimas sumažėjęs sergamumas užkrečiamomis ligomis, todėl kreiptis į gydymo įstaigą reikėtų dabar, nelaukiant lapkričio ar gruodžio mėnesio, kai sergančių bus tikrai daugiau. Reguliarus vairuotojų sveikatos tikrinimas gali padėti laiku nustatyti sveikatos sutrikimus, juos koreguoti, kad visi galėtų saugiai vairuoti“, – sako šeimos gydytoja Alma Astafjeva.
Vairuotojo sveikatos patikrinimas gali būti atliekamas sveikatos priežiūros įstaigoje, kurioje pacientas yra prisirašęs arba bet kurioje kitoje asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigoje, teikiančioje šias paslaugas. Sveikatą tikrina šeimos gydytojas arba vidaus / vaikų ligų gydytojas, teikiantis pirminės sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas. Vairuotojo psichikos sveikatą privaloma tvarka įvertina ir gydytojas psichiatras.
