Lietuvos įtraukties švietime centras savivaldybes kviečia kreiptis dėl mokymų mokytojų padėjėjams. Centro specialistai, esant poreikiui, galės atvykti į konkrečią savivaldybę ir mokytojų padėjėjams surengti nemokamus mokymus dėl darbo su specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčiais vaikais.
Savivaldybės gali kreiptis dėl mokymų, jei savivaldybių mokyklų bendruomenėms reikia konsultacinės pagalbos taikant įtraukiojo ugdymo principus, atliepiant įvairius mokinių poreikius, jei mokyklose dirba mokytojų padėjėjai, kuriems reikalingi kvalifikacijos tobulinimo mokymai.
Lietuvos įtraukties švietime centras jau yra pakvietęs mokytojų padėjėjus registruotis į dvejus mokymus.
Rugpjūčio 22 d. Kaune (Apuolės g. 11) vyks 10 valandų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo mokymai „Mokytojo padėjėjo vaidmuo dirbant su vaikais, turinčiais elgesio ir/ar emocijų sutrikimų“.
Rugpjūčio 27 d. Lietuvos įtraukties švietime centre Vilniuje (Džiaugsmo g. 44) vyks10 valandų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo mokymai „Mokytojo padėjėjo vaidmuo dirbant su vaikais, turinčiais mokymosi sutrikimų“.
Mokymų metu dalyviai įgis bendrųjų ir specialiųjų kompetencijų, reikalingų mokytojo padėjėjo darbui su elgesio ir/ar emocijų bei mokymosi sutrikimų turinčiais mokiniais, taip pat sėkmingai bendradarbiauti su pedagogais, specialistais ir mokinių tėvais.
Pagrindinė mokytojo padėjėjo funkcija – padėti specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčiam mokiniui. Mokytojo padėjėjas per pamokas mokiniui padeda perskaityti tekstus, užsirašyti pamokos medžiagą, pasižymėti namų darbus, pasiruošti mokymosi priemones ir jomis naudotis. Mokytojo padėjėjas vaikams padeda ir per pertraukas: jei reikia, palydi į valgyklą, popamokinius užsiėmimus, pasitinka atvykus į mokyklą, kartu su klase keliauja į išvykas ir kt.
