Žemės ūkio ministras Kazys Starkevičius patvirtino susietosios paramos už pienines karves dydžius.
Strateginiame plane nustatyta, kad paramos dydžiai diferencijuojami pagal valdoje įregistruotų pieninių veislių karvių skaičių pagal keturias pakopas:
- 196,14 Eur už karvę bus mokama už pirmąsias 10 karvių (imtinai);
- 252,24 Eur už karvę bus mokama už 11–50-tąją karves (imtinai);
- 280,28 Eur už karvę bus mokama už 51–150-tąją karves (imtinai) ;
- 210,07 Eur bus mokama nuo 151 karvės ir daugiau už likusias karves.
Parama bus mokama valdos valdytojams, kurie atitiks visus šiuos reikalavimus:
- kurie 2024 metais pateikė Nacionalinei mokėjimo agentūrai prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos paraiškas gauti paramą už deklaruotus plotus. ir šiose paraiškose nurodė, jog prašo skirti susietąją pajamų paramą už pienines karves.
- už Ūkinių gyvūnų registre (ŪGR) įregistruotas valdos valdytojo ir (ar) partnerių vardu ir nepertraukiamai išlaikytas valdoje 2024 m. gegužės 1 d.– 2024 m. birželio 30 d. (imtinai) pienines karves;
- eigu ŪGR yra nustatyta tvarka įregistruoti duomenys apie pieninės karvės prieauglio atvedimą arba gaišimą (negyvo prieauglio atvedimą arba išsimetimą) per paskutinius 18 mėnesių iki 2024 m. balandžio 30 d.
Papildomos išmokos
Papildoma 30 Eur išmoka už pieninę karvę 2024 metais bus skiriama valdos valdytojui, jeigu laikytojas buvo pripažintos žemės ūkio kooperatinės bendrovės (kooperatyvo) narys nepertraukiamai nuo 2023 m. gegužės 1 d. iki 2024 m. balandžio 30 d. ir tuo pačiu laikotarpiu šiam kooperatyvui pardavė pieną perdirbti. Kooperatyvai turi būti pripažinti vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos žemės ūkio ministro 2016 m. liepos 22 d. įsakymu Nr. 3D-435 „Dėl Kooperatinių bendrovių (kooperatyvų) pripažinimo žemės ūkio kooperatinėmis bendrovėmis (kooperatyvais) tvarkos aprašo patvirtinimo“.
Papildomą 10 Eur išmoką už pieninę karvę, atitinkančią reikalavimus paramai gauti, numatoma skirti, jeigu laikytojo tiriamoji pieninių gyvūnų banda dalyvavo produktyvumo tyrimuose nepertraukiamai nuo 2023 m. gegužės 1 d. iki 2024 m. balandžio 30 d.
