Augalų apsaugos produktų profesionalieji naudotojai, apdorojantys per 200 ha žemės ūkio naudmenų ar kitų plotų, šių produktų naudojimo apskaitos žurnalą Paraiškų priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje turės pildyti ne nuo 2023 m. balandžio 5 d., o nuo rugpjūčio 1 d.
Visi augintojai iki šiol galėjo pildyti šį žurnalą popieriuje, elektroninėje formoje arba Paraiškų priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje (PPIS).
Pernai Žemės ūkio ministerija pakeitė Augalų apsaugos produktų saugojimo, tiekimo rinkai, naudojimo taisykles ir nustatė pereinamąsias nuostatas dėl AAP naudojimo žurnalų pildymo PPIS. Tokiu būdu buvo siekiama sudaryti galimybę palaipsniui, per ketverius metus, pereiti prie šio žurnalo pildymo vien tik PPIS.
Apdorojantieji žemės ūkio naudmenų ar kitus plotus nuo 1 ha, šį žurnalą turės pildyti nuo 2026 m. balandžio 5 d.
Apdorojantieji didesnius nei 150 ha plotus, šį žurnalą turės pildyti nuo 2024 m. balandžio 5 d., o per 100 ha – nuo 2025 m. balandžio 5 d.
Šiemet Žemės ūkio ministerija atidėjo terminą profesionaliems naudotojams, apdorojantiems per 200 ha žemės ūkio naudmenų ar kitų plotų. Jie žurnalą PPIS turėjo pildyti jau nuo 2023 m. balandžio 5 d., tačiau šis terminas nukeltas iki vasaros.
„Žemės ūkyje prasideda naujas 2023-2027 metų finansinis laikotarpis, yra daug pasikeitimų, o augalų apsaugos produktų purškimai sutampa su pasėlių deklaravimu. Kadangi dalis ūkininkų ir pasėlius, ir purškimus deklaruoja padedami seniūnijų žemės ūkio specialistų, suprasdami jų darbų krūvio padidėjimą pavasarį, informacijos suvedimą į PPIS atidėjome iki pasėlių deklaravimo pabaigos. Tuos, kurie norės pildyti AAP žurnalą savarankiškai, kviečiame naudotis šiuo tikrai puikiai veikiančiu ir labai patogiu įrankiu“, – sako žemės ūkio viceministras Egidijus Giedraitis.
