Projektų įgyvendinimo planų laukiama iki šių metų kovo 29 d. Bendra priemonės finansuojama suma sudaro 122,5 mln. Eur. Paramą ir projektus administruoja Centrinė projektų valdymo agentūra (CPVA).
Kvietimas teikti projektų įgyvendinimo planus buvo sustabdytas, gavus dalies savivaldybių prašymą įtraukti savivaldybėje planuojamų įsteigti naujų paslaugų infrastruktūros sukūrimą į finansuojamas veiklas bei leisti projekto įgyvendinimo metu palaipsniui transformuoti numatytas aktyviojo gydymo stacionarines paslaugas į ambulatorines ir dienos paslaugas. Į savivaldybių prašymus buvo atsižvelgta, projektų finansavimo sąlygų aprašas yra patikslintas. Savivaldybėms, kurioms neaktualūs pakeitimai, tai poveikio neturi – projektų įgyvendinimo planų vertinimas pradedamas vos tik jas gavus, o ne suėjus galutiniam teikimo terminui. Taip pat atsižvelgiant į sustabdymą, pratęstas galutinis projektų įgyvendinimo planų pateikimo terminas – iki kovo 29 d.
Projektų įgyvendinimo planus paramai gauti gali teikti savivaldybės, kuriose įsteigti / steigiami sveikatos centrai. Sostinės regionui numatyta 26,6 mln. Eur finansavimas, likusiai Lietuvai – 95,9 mln. Eur. Finansuojama dalis paramos lėšomis – iki 100 proc.
Lėšos gali būti nukreiptos pirminės ambulatorinės asmens sveikatos priežiūros bei antrinio lygio ambulatorinės specializuotos asmens sveikatos priežiūros, ambulatorinės chirurgijos, dienos chirurgijos, dienos stacionaro bei skubiosios pagalbos paslaugų infrastruktūrai modernizuoti.
