Augalų apsaugos produktų (AAP) profesionalieji naudotojai, apdorojantys per 200 ha žemės ūkio naudmenų ar kitų plotų, taip pat dalyvaujantys agrarinės aplinkosaugos priemonėse ir kai kuriose klimatui, aplinkai ir gyvūnų gerovei naudingose sistemose (ekologinėse sistemose), šių produktų naudojimo apskaitos žurnalą Paraiškų priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje (PPIS) turės pildyti nuo rugpjūčio 1 d.
Profesionalūs AAP naudojai, apdoroję žemės ūkio naudmenas ir (ar) kitus plotus nuo 200 ha, PPIS žurnalą turės pildyti nuo rugpjūčio 1 d.
Ūkio subjektai, dalyvaujantys Lietuvos kaimo plėtros 2014–2020 metų programos priemonės „Agrarinė aplinkosauga ir klimatas“ veiklose, augalų apsaugos naudojimo žurnalą privalės pildyti būdais, nustatytais Augalų apsaugos produktų saugojimo, tiekimo rinkai, naudojimo taisyklėse.
Augalų apsaugos produktų saugojimo, tiekimo rinkai, naudojimo taisyklėse nustatytais būdais AAP naudojimo žurnalą privalės pildyti ir klimatui, aplinkai ir gyvūnų gerovei naudingose sistemose (ekologinėse sistemose) dalyvaujantys ūkio subjektai – profesionalūs naudotojai, apdorojantys žemės ūkio naudmenų ir (ar) kitų plotų iki 200 ha. Jie galės pasirinkti, kokia forma pildyti AAP žurnalą: popieriuje, elektronine forma ar PPIS. O štai Tręšiamųjų produktų panaudojimo žurnalą PPIS pildyti privalu nuo pirmojo patręšto hektaro.
Nuotoliniame susitikime aptarti AAP žurnalo pildymo klausimai
Praėjusią savaitę Žemės ūkio ministerijos surengtame nuotoliniame susitikime ūkininkams buvo pristatyta Paraiškų priėmimo informacinės sistemos AAP naudojimo apskaitos žurnalo versija ir aptarti svarbiausi klausimai, susiję su jo pildymu.
Ūkininkai daugiausia domėjosi, kas turi žurnalą pildyti, ką jame nurodyti, jeigu sėkla tik beicuojama, ar ražienos apdorojamos po derliaus nuėmimo.
Konsultacijų metu paaiškinta, kad tuo atveju, jei buvo suteikta apdorojimo profesionaliajam naudojimui skirtais AAP paslauga, šį žurnalą pildys paslaugos gavėjas, t. y. tas, kas dirba žemę ar deklaruoja pasėlius.
Jei sėkla apdorojama beicais, žurnalas pildomas nurodant sėklos kiekį, AAP pavadinimą, panaudotą AAP kiekį, apdorojimo datą.
Jei purškiamos ražienos (lauke prieš tai augo pvz., kviečiai), žurnale pažymimas kviečių kodas, nurodomas augalų apsaugos produkto pavadinimas ir kviečių derliaus nuėmimo data (ji bus ankstyvesnė nei purškimo data). Pastabose galima nurodyti, kad tai ražienos po derliaus nuėmimo. Šiuo ir kitais atvejais siūloma aktyviai naudoti langelį „Pastabos“, į kurį galima įrašyti įvairius paaiškinimus.
Taip pat atkreiptas dėmesys, kad iš popierinio žurnalo, kurį ūkininkai pildė iki rugpjūčio 1 d., duomenų apie profesionaliajam naudojimui skirtų AAP panaudojimą į PPIS perkelti nereikės.
