Argentinos ir Lietuvos diplomatijos vadovai aptarė Rusijos karo prieš Ukrainą poveikį tarptautinių organizacijų veikimo principams.
„Aiškiai įvardinta parama taisyklėmis grįstai pasaulio tvarkai ne tik stiprina tarptautinę bendruomenę, bet ir neleidžia įsigalėti autoritariniams režimams“, – pažymėjo ministras.
G. Landsbergis ir D. M. Mondino taip pat aptarė tolesnį dvišalių santykių stiprinimą. Ministras pasidžiaugė aktyvia ir, nepaisant geografinio atstumo, artimus ryšius su Lietuva išlaikančia Argentinos lietuvių bendruomene.
Lietuvos eksportas į Argentiną 2022 m. siekė beveik 12 mln. EUR. Pastaruosius 10 metų didžioji dalis eksporto buvo lietuviškos trąšos. Didžioji dalis argentinietiško importo – maisto produktai. Matomos perspektyvos Lietuvai ir Argentinai bendradarbiauti e. valdžios, kibernetinio saugumo, Fintech, žaidimų pramonės ir gyvybės mokslų srityse. Siekiant paskatinti verslo ryšius 2018 m. buvo pasirašytas Argentinos ir Lietuvos ekonominio bendradarbiavimo susitarimas.
