Siekiant mažinti eiles gydymo įstaigose ir gerinti sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumą, įstaigos toliau skatinamos pacientams teikti išsamias gydytojų specialistų konsultacijas. Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija ir Valstybinė ligonių kasa jau antrą kartą šiais metais padidino konsultacijų, kurių metu pacientui atliekamos dvi ar daugiau diagnostinių ar gydomųjų intervencijų, įkainius.
Prioritetinis ministerijos ir ligonių kasų šių metų tikslas – tobulinti gydytojų specialistų konsultacijų apmokėjimą. Pirmiausiai keliais etapais didinamos gydytojų specialistų konsultacijų, kai atliekamos dvi ir daugiau intervencijų, kainos, kad kiekvienam pacientui vienos konsultacijos metu būtų suteikta jam reikalingos apimties paslauga. Tęsiamas pavasarį pradėtas darbas ir didinami įkainiai tų konsultacijų, kurių metu pacientas ištiriamas kompleksiškai.
Sveikatos apsaugos ministras Arūnas Dulkys teigia, kad sveikatos paslaugų prieinamumo didinimas ir eilių mažinimas yra viena iš prioritetinių krypčių, nuosekliai dedamos pastangos gerinti situaciją.
„Dėl pandemijos, uždelsto sveikatos paslaugų vartojimo per praėjusius metus sveikatos apsaugos sistema patyrė iššūkių. Taikant įvairias priemones nuo balandžio pastebimas trumpesnis vizito laukimo laikas pas šeimos gydytojus. Dedamos nuoseklios pastangos pagerinti padėtį ir antrinėje grandinyje, pas specialistus. Skaičiuojama, kad apmokėjimas už didesnės apimties daugelio gydytojų specialistų konsultacijas išaugs 30–50 proc. Kartu su finansavimo didinimu išplėstinėms konsultacijoms, gydymo įstaigoms sudaromos sąlygos plėsti konsultacijų apimtis, taip trumpinant laukimo eiles, o tai gera žinia pacientams“, – teigia ministras.
Šiuo etapu nustatytos 18 specialybių gydytojų specialistų konsultacijų, kai atliekamas išsamesnis ištyrimas, kainos, kurias teikia abdominaliniai chirurgai, gydytojai alergologai ir klinikiniai imunologai, burnos chirurgai, infekcinių ligų gydytojai, koloproktologai, kraujagyslių chirurgai, krūtinės chirurgai, urologai, vaikų alergologai, vaikų ligų gydytojai, veido ir žandikaulio chirurgai, vidaus ligų gydytojai, taip pat suaugusiųjų ir vaikų nefrologai, pulmonologai bei chirurgai. Iš viso nustatyti 37 nauji paslaugų įkainiai, jie pradėti taikyti nuo spalio 7 d.
Tai jau antras kartas šiais metais, kai didinamas konsultacijų, kai atliekamos dvi ar daugiau intervencijų, įkainis. Nuo šių metų balandžio buvo padidintas 15 specialybių gydytojų specialistų konsultacijų įkainis – suaugusiųjų ir vaikų kardiologų, neurologų, endokrinologų, reumatologų, gastroenterologų, taip pat akušerių ginekologų, dermatovenerologų, oftalmologų, otorinolaringologų ir ortopedų traumatologų. Pirmu etapu buvo pasirinkti tie specialistai, kurių kompetencijai priklauso pagrindines mirties priežastis Lietuvoje lemiančių ligų diagnostika ir gydymas, arba tie, pas kuriuos laukimo eilės yra didžiausios.
„Šis sprendimas lėmė, kad šių metų balandžio – rugpjūčio mėnesiais jau buvo suteikta beveik 93 tūkst. gydytojų specialistų konsultacijų, kai atliekamas išsamesnis ištyrimas. Iš viso gydytojų specialistų konsultacijų apmokėjimui tobulinti šiais metais iš Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo suplanuota skirti per 17 mln. eurų“, – sako Valstybinės ligonių kasos prie Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos direktoriaus pavaduotoja Tatjana Golubajeva.
Primename, kad nuo šių metų balandžio 1 d. specialistų konsultacijos yra trijų rūšių: konsultacija, konsultacija su viena intervencija ir konsultacija su dviem ar daugiau intervencijų.
