Žemės ūkio ministerija parengė žemės ūkio ministro įsakymo „Dėl Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023-2027 metų strateginio plano intervencinės priemonės ,,Investicijos į žemės ūkio valdas“ įgyvendinimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“ pakeitimus. Įsigaliojus pakeitimams didės fiksuotieji įkainiai kai kurioms statyboms, numatomi kiti pokyčiai.
Pakeitimu atnaujinami fiksuotieji įkainiai, kurie taikomi naujos pieno ūkio fermos ploto vieno kvadratinio metro (1 m²) statybai ir naujo plokščiadugnio grūdų saugojimo bokšto talpos tūrio vieno kubinio metro (1 m³) statybai. Įkainiai atnaujinami kasmet, juos indeksuojant panaudojus Lietuvos duomenų agentūros pateiktus vidutinius metinius statybos sąnaudų elementų kainų pokyčius.
Pakeitimu atsisakoma ir paramos sutarčių sudarymo, išlaidos, susijusios su kailinių žvėrelių auginimu, priskiriamos netinkamoms finansuoti išlaidoms, siekiant gauti paramą tiek negrąžintinos dotacijos, tiek lengvatinės paskolos formomis.
Įsakymo projektu taip pat patikslinama nuostata dėl aukštesnio paramos intensyvumo jauniesiems ūkininkams skyrimo sąlygos ir nustatoma, kad didesnis paramos intensyvumas gali būti skiriamas tik tiems jauniesiems ūkininkams, kurie kreipiasi paramos 5 metų laikotarpiu nuo įsisteigimo dienos pirmą kartą.
