Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija primena, kad e. sveikatos portale gyventojai gali ne tik patys užsiregistruoti pas gydytoją, bet ir užregistruoti kitą atstovaujamą asmenį. Išankstinės pacientų registracijos (IPR) informacinė sistema leidžia greitai ir patogiai užsiregistruoti bei paslaugas gauti greičiau.
„Registracijų skaičius IPR informacinėje sistemoje per metus išaugo daugiau nei dvigubai, o tai reiškia, kad vis daugiau žmonių atranda galimybę užsiregistruoti gydytojo konsultacijai internetu. Net ir tiems, kas nesinaudoja kompiuteriu, taip pat yra galimybė tai padaryti – juos užregistruoti gali kiti. Pakanka vieną kartą suteikti atstovavimo teisę, ir registruoti šeimos narį ar kitą atstovaujamą asmenį bus galima lygiai taip pat greitai ir patogiai, kaip registruotis pačiam“, – teigia Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos Sveikatos sistemos informacinių išteklių vystymo skyriaus vedėja Vilma Telyčėnienė.
Išankstinę pacientų registravimo sistemą galima rasti adresu https://ipr.esveikata.lt.
Patekti į registracijos sistemą taip pat galima prisijungus prie savo paskyros e. sveikatos portale www.esveikata.lt. Tai padaryti gali visi pilnamečiai gyventojai, turintys el. bankininkystę, mobilų parašą arba kitą elektroninę atpažinimo priemonę. Nepilnamečių asmenų paskyras gali pasiekti jų tėvai arba kiti atstovai pagal įstatymą, kuriems automatiškai sukuriamas atstovavimas jų e. sveikatos paskyroje.
Jeigu pilnametis gyventojas neturi elektroninių atpažinimo priemonių, nesinaudoja kompiuteriu arba dėl kitų priežasčių negali pasiekti e. sveikatos portalo, jis gali prašyti kito asmens jam atstovauti IPR informacinėje sistemoje. Tai padaryti galima dviem būdais:
• kreiptis į savo šeimos gydytoją, kad jis sukurtų atstovavimą;
• atvykti į artimiausią VĮ Registrų centro klientų aptarnavimo skyrių ir pateikti atitinkamą prašymą.
Atstovavimą galima sukurti ir pačiam, savo e. sveikatos paskyroje pasirinkus meniu punktą „Mano atstovai“. Kuriant atstovavimą visuomet reikia nurodyti asmens, kuris jus atstovaus, vardą, pavardę ir asmens kodą.
IPR informacinė sistema yra patogus įrankis, leidžiantis registruotis tiek šeimos gydytojo, tiek gydytojo specialisto konsultacijoms. Prisijungęs prie sistemos, pacientas mato savo šeimos gydytojo priėmimo laikus, o jeigu reikalinga gydytojo specialisto konsultacija, sistema pagal pasirinktus kriterijus pateiks visą sąrašą įstaigų ir specialistų, pas kuriuos galima registruotis su gydytojo siuntimu ar be jo. Matydamas realų gydytojų specialistų užimtumą, pacientas gali rinktis tą gydymo įstaigą, kurioje pas gydytoją pateks greičiau.
Šiuo metu prie IPR informacinės sistemos yra prisijungusios 493 sveikatos priežiūros įstaigos, kuriose pacientai gali registruotis pas 1469 šeimos gydytojus ir 4675 gydytojus specialistus. Pacientai sistemoje mato vizitų laikus, kuriuos skelbia gydymo įstaigos, gali rezervuoti arba atšaukti priėmimo laiką, stebėti visų savo planuojamų bei įvykusių apsilankymų istoriją.
