Beveik 100 pedagogikos studentų šį rudenį pasinaudojo galimybe iš anksto sudaryti įsidarbinimo mokykloje sutartį ir gauti tikslinę stipendiją, siekiančią virš 500 eurų per mėnesį. Paraiškos suteikti stipendiją priimamos iki spalio 25 d.
„Ši iniciatyva dar nauja – ji startavo tik praėjusiais metais, į mokyklas siekiant pritraukti daugiau jaunosios kartos mokytojų. Pernai išankstinio įsidarbinimo sutartis sudarė virš 80 pedagogikos studijų studentų. Šiemet paraiškų priėmimas dar nesibaigė, bet jau turime apie 100 studentų, kurie žino, kad baigę studijas kitą rugsėjį tikrai dirbs mokykloje. Džiugina tai, kad studentai renkasi dirbti tuose regionuose, kuriuose jaučiamas didžiausias mokytojų poreikis“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministras Justas Nugaras.
Daugiausia studentų išankstines įsidarbinimo sutartis sudarė su Vilniaus ir Klaipėdos miestų ir rajonų savivaldybėmis ir jų mokyklomis. Būsimi mokytojai taip pat rinkosi ateityje mokyti Kaune, Kaišiadoryse, Mažeikiuose, Panevėžyje, Plungėje, Šiauliuose, Trakuose ir kituose regionuose.
Ministerijos duomenimis, daugiausia mokytojų šiuo metu ieško Vilniaus, Plungės, Klaipėdos, Kėdainių, Šiaulių mokyklos.
Virš 30 paraiškas pateikusių studentų po studijų baigimo siekia įsidarbinti pradinio ugdymo mokytojais. 16 studentų planuoja tapti gamtos mokslų mokytojais, 13 – matematikos. Pretendentai į stipendijas taip pat siekia iš anksto įsidarbinti istorijos, lietuvių, anglų ir vokiečių kalbų, geografijos, IT, ikimokyklinio ugdymo mokytojais, specialiaisiais pedagogais.
Sudaryti sutartis kviečiami baigiamųjų kursų ir profesinių studijų studentai
Į tikslines stipendijas gali pretenduoti visi baigiamųjų kursų arba profesinių studijų didžiausio poreikio pedagogikos specializacijų studentai, t. y. siekiantieji tapti matematikos, lietuvių kalbos ir literatūros, prancūzų kalbos, vokiečių kalbos, fizikos, chemijos, biologijos, istorijos, geografijos, informacinių technologijų, pradinio ugdymo mokytojais ar specialiaisiais pedagogais. Stipendiją gali gauti ir valstybės finansuojamų, ir nefinansuojamų pedagogikos bakalauro ir gretutinių studijų studentai bei pedagoginių profesinių studijų studentai.
Stipendija skiriama studentams, sudariusiems išankstinę sutartį dėl įsidarbinimo su savivaldybe ar mokykla ir įsipareigojusiems baigus studijas ten dirbti ne trumpiau kaip 3 metus per 5 metų laikotarpį ir ne mažiau kaip 0,7 etato.

Baigiamųjų kursų pedagogikos studijų studentai, sudarę išankstinio įsidarbinimo sutartis, dar gali pasinaudoti galimybe dalyvauti antrajame paraiškų priėmimo tikslinei stipendijai gauti etape iki spalio 25 d. 15 val.
Studentų prašymus suteikti stipendiją priima Valstybinis studijų fondas. Pretenduojant į finansinę paskatą kartu pateikiama ir jau sudaryta išankstinė sutartis dėl įsidarbinimo. Studentai dėl įsidarbinimo sutarties sudarymo gali tiesiogiai kreiptis į savivaldybes ar valstybines ir savivaldybės mokyklas.
